Villages of Five Points in Lewes, DE is a conveniently located resort property and our home offers quick access to three beaches, highly rated restaurants providing takeout and delivery, a walking path, biking trail, hiking, and backyard barbecue. A grocery store and drug store are within walking distance.
Walk to the nearby pool and the tennis and pickle ball courts. Historic downtown Lewes, 2.4 miles away, straddles a marina, and homes dating back to the the 1700s. The home is within 10 minutes of Lewes Beach (the bay) and Cape Henlopen State Park (the ocean). Just 7 miles from both Rehoboth Beach and Dewey Beach. Do a day trip to Cape May, NJ by taking the Cape May-Lewes Ferry. Go golfing, fishing, or sightseeing. Do all of this and end your days relaxing at a large and luxurious beach home that is perfect for large family and/or friend gatherings. This 4 bed 3 1/2 bath home sleeps ten. Two master bedrooms have king size beds and private baths, another bedroom features 2 twins, while the 4th bedroom has a twin and full bed. Three televisions.

Nice Community Home

Home was nice. Plenty of room. Great distance to pool and beach. We found the mattresses on the King bed upstairs too firm. The twin mattress should be upgraded. Kitchen was very nice with newer appliances. Would have liked a regular toaster and frying pans that were not shedding the non stock coating to cook with.

Nice property, nice area

This was the third year we stayed there. We enjoyed it every time. It’s nice that the pool is only a short walk away and if you want to go to the beach it is only a short drive away. A grocery store, drug store and a few restaurants are all in the neighborhood.

Nice house, good location, 2 large bedrooms plus 2 small ones, cleaning was disappointing(trash baskets weren't empty dirty laundry left under bed), lock on front door was damaged making it inconvenient to use.

June 17-24 stay

We really liked this place-it was spacious, clean and comfortably furnished. We stayed there with our adult children, their spouses and two young grandchildren. The location was good - very near the pool and tennis courts. We had determined by Thursday of our Saturday to Saturday rental, however, that it would not be possible for us to get all the bed linens, towels and bath mats properly washed before the 11 am checkout on Saturday. Since the weather was rainy, our children agreed that it would be fine for them to leave on Friday, giving us enough time to wash everything except our bed linens before Saturday morning.

Wonderful

Very nice neighborhood...quiet and comfortable stay. Beaches and shops were not far away..very convenient! The kids and adults all enjoyed playing tennis and pool time. Very cherished memories! Would do it again!

Great house, great location

Property was very clean and well stocked with linens and kitchen items. The location was great close to super market, pharmacies and restaurants. Would definitely recommend to friends and relatives.

Great location

Excellent location in Villages of Five Points, very close to tennis/pickle ball courts, pool and village center. Spacious home. Kitchen well supplied but could use organization (probably to be expected with new tenants each week). Owner very responsive to questions that arose. Nice to have play equipment in garage and games in closet.

Village of Five Points

We have rented vacation homes for numerous years and think this is one of the best homes. House was very clean, cleaning company does an excellent job. We love the location and home owner is great with communication. We only had a couple of issues. One was with garbage management. When we arrived this year, garbage was outside at end of driveway and filled to the brim. It appeared previous renter did not put garbage out in time for pick up. We did hear from landlord via email saying he received complaints from neighbors that it was out. We moved pail back into garage as requested but it felt like this was directed at us. There should either be more garbage pails to avoid this in the future. Or landlord needs someone (perhaps cleaners) to check to make sure this is handled properly and not responsibility of the current renter. Also, central AC seemed to be a bit wacky. First floor master bedroom was very warm at night, while upstairnbedrooms were freezing. Despite these issues, we enjoyed our week at the house and look forward to returning in the future.

Lovely home!

Just returned home from staying at this lovely home for 10 days. Close to pool and tennis courts. Highly recommend the restaurant Fish On which is within walking distance in the community.

Awesome Vacation

This home is absolutely perfect for our family. My grandson is three and he is a tuff cookie. He felt right at home in the room with a crib. Which was a big relief for all of us. :) Looking forward to next year!!!

Best Lewes House We've Stayed At By Far (out of 7-8)

We've stayed at 7-8 homes in Lewes over the years and this one is by far the best. Will definitely look to stay again next year. We had our family of 5 (3 kids ages 2-10) and grandparents for a week and it is a perfect and incredibly spacious setup (grandparents on first floor, 3 BRs upstairs. A block from a great pool and tennis, less than 10min. to Lewes, walking distance to the grocery store, bike path, and a few restaurants, nice yard and back porch, ample toys and games, good crib, all the kitchen amenities, Rokus on every TV....

Great location, could be cleaner

We loved the location of the home. The proximity to the beach and the use of the community pool were fantastic. The neighborhood seemed very safe and well maintained. People in the neighborhood were very friendly to us as visitors. On the other hand, the house wasn’t the cleanest. There was a dirty napkin on the floor in the middle of the living room when we arrived. The garage also has loose garbage in the middle of the floor (not a big deal…we didn’t spend time in the garage). The oven was filthy, and it smoked up the house and made our food taste funny. The kitchen drawers had lots of crumbs and some spilled food in them. There was a disabled smoke detector in the room where our 2 year old was sleeping. Overall, we enjoyed our stay, but the house could have been better maintained.

Great property in a convenient location

Very spacious and comfortable house, conveniently located near the neighborhood pool as well as local stores and restaurants. The house wasn’t stocked with all of the essentials, e.g. toilet paper, dishwasher pods, laundry detergent, but those were easily purchased at a nearby store. Property owner was timely with responses with inquiries. We would stay here again if the opportunity presented itself.

Great house and location!

We had a wonder stay in this beautiful home! It was perfect for 4 adults and a 20 month old. The kitchen is large and open, the furniture is very comfortable, as are the beds! The pool was close by and great, there are a grocery store and three restaurants within the community! Jump on this house if it's available!

Great family vacation home

Great, big house with pool and tenis courts right across the street... short walk to restarants and even CVS and Weiss supermarket. Absolutely awesome location close to downtown Lewes, Lewes beach and route 9. The house is spacious and clean, kitchen is great with all needed appliances. Big pantry in the kitchen. Comfortable king-size beds in both master bedrooms (1st and 2nd floor) and a large walk-in shower on the 1st floor which was great for my in-laws. Extra beach chairs in the garage came in handy... Overall a perfect house for an awesome family vacation!!!!
