Accommodations: 2 Bedroom condo with a sleeper couch in the living room. All beds are queen size. 2 1/2 Bathrooms. The condo will sleep 5 comfortably. Fully furnished with all kitchen supplies for cooking. Washer/dryer combo. 24hr gated security. Two balcony's with chairs. The condo has it's own water tank to insure water usage throughout your stay.

One hour drive from Liberia Airport/ 4 hour drive from San Jose.

Great Location

This condo complex is very nice and the two pools are well maintained. Any issues we had were dealt with by the manager and owner quickly. We would definitely recommend this place and would love to come back.

location is good with a short walk to most everything no real problem with condo, it would not be my first choice for purchasing but certainly ok for a extended stay property manager is cool as is the gate guard and grounds keep all property owners I met were friendly

Villa Verde II - Unit 55

The condo unit was exactly as advertised and as I expected. The unit has everything you require for your stay. Allison was always very helpful when needed. The location is great - close within walking distance to the beach and all town activities. Pools are great to relax in. Hope to be back soon!

Another great stay at Villa Verde 2 #55

It’s our second time staying in the apartment. It’s spacious and has a great location close to everything and still quiet. It’s a great place for families. Our kids loved it especially the pool which is big and clean. The manager Alison makes sure you have a wonderful time. She’s so service minded and on top of everything. We highly recommend this apartment.

Nice and clean

Nice and clean appartment. We stayed for three months with our two boys and had a really great time. The property manager was very helpfull. The owner as well. The neighbours are all nice people. 5 min walk to the beach and close to the town.

Just ok

This place is great for college aged kids. Not able to wash my hair, no water pressure out of shower and one shower barely worked. Remote on tv not working, sand on floor, not totally cleaned! Washer leaking , towels left on floor. Alison property manager tried a little too late. Air con was good and WiFi. Couldn’t open any windows because they were is no screens on so no airflow.

Sewer gas odour very unpleasant!

The proximity to the ocean is very good for the price. This is not a unit that would be suitable for someone with mobility issues or with young children. It is located on the upper level with 2 sets of stairs. It is located at the very back of the complex so it is fairly quiet. The 2 pool areas are nice and a great place to visit and to meet your neighbours. The whole unit needs updating. Ok for short stays but we stayed for 5 weeks and found the lack of decent pots and pans,cooking utensils and cutlery an issue at some times. The linens and pillows are old and should be replaced. The master bedroom has a nice balcony but no real seating to enjoy the view of the pool area. Our biggest issue was the smell of the sewer gas which was quite strong on a number of occasions. Alison the property manager was always available and very helpful with any concerns we had. Overall this unit is ok for a short stay and the location is only a few minutes walk to the beautiful beach in Tamarindo.

Very happy with the property

Very nice condo. Some linens should be replaced. The living room couch should have a removeable/washable cover. I would stay in the property again.

Great stay

We enjoyed our 2 month stay. Last year we made a few recommendations to Bryan, the owner. He had all our recommendations done and then some. The unit is clean and has all the cooking items required to make even a longer stay comfortable

Well worth it.

Had a great time in the condo. Very clean and kitchen well stocked with everything one would need. Location is great...a few minutes walk to beach and town. Pool was nice, clean and refreshing. Owner Brian was very receptive to suggestions and Alison (property manager) was always available and a good source of information. A/C's worked well. Have already booked unit for next season.
