Not ready for guests

The property overall is good, but there were some problems like a shared bathroom door that could not be closed (privacy?). and a broken door handle. When we arrived the house was 85 degrees so it would have been nice if someone had turned on the air conditioner before we arrived. The front of the house looks nice. The back yard has a good size patio but the rest of the yard lacks any character - dirt and old flower beds with more dirt. This property is ok but it is not a cheerful place to stay.

Nice neighborhood

Great communication with owner. We wished the cleaning of the house had been better prior to our arrival. We carried some cleaning supplies like Lysol to make sure that we limited our covid exposure regardless of where we stayed. The tables were somewhat dirty along with the floors. Bathroom could have been cleaner but not unusable. We enjoyed the neighborhood and closeness to everything San Jose offered.
