Great family time at the lake

The property was as advertised. Nicely furnished, kitchen well-equipped. All appliances and AC worked as expected. We did have a ant problem in the kitchen which was solved with some ant spray. Also the carpet in the bedrooms was quite soiled. The property owners should replace with LVT. The outdoor areas were well equipped with outdoor furniture and a grill. We rented a boat while at the property and was able to dock it directly in front of our condo. There was a sandy beach also close to our condo for the kids to play. The entire property is beautifully kept, there are many amenities including indoor and outdoor pool, indoor basketball, court, exercise room, sauna and hot tub. We enjoyed our stay and will definitely be back in the future.

Fun Rental Location

Overall, this was a really nice place to stay. The rooms were alittle small, but not a problem for a week or so. We really liked the location to the "beach". The rentor was great to work with. The community was a bit.. stuffy. I had major issues dealing with my boat. I fish and having the security tell me I couldnt keep my boat on property while the house three doors down had theirs there all week just bothered me. (They are home owners and have special privileges) Charging my boat became a pain, and the extra $20 a night to store my trailer in a grass field in a hurricane wasnt my idea of fun. So, if you are a fisherman and dont want your bass boat banging around in a courtesy dock all day and night, Id stay somewhere else. If you wanna put your jet skis in on sunday and pull them out 7 days later probably not an issue for you. Boating issues aside. Great week and very solid place to stay.

Great Vacation

We loved the rental and the proximity to the lake. The property sits on a peninsula of the lake with views from all sides. The access to the lake and amenities was great. It was a great family vacation.
