About this property

Family-friendly holiday home - with terrace - near the beach (approx. 500 meters)

Our 65m ² end-of-terrace house (completely renovated at the end of 2010) is centrally located just a few minutes' walk from the town center, the beach, the spa center and the seawater spring bath with a 75m water slide. On the ground floor there is a small kitchen that was completely renovated in September 2017, 1 storage room with washing machine and a large living room with dining area and access to the terrace with a small garden. An open staircase leads from the living room to the upper floor. There are 2 bedrooms with double beds and a small bathroom with bathtub and splash guard. (High chair and travel cot are available)
The parking space is directly in front of the house.
Bicycles can be provided free of charge on request.(no guarantee of functionality).

High season: 7 nights
in the low season: 5 nights

Sehr schöne, sehr saubere Wohnung, genau richtig für ein paar entspannte Tage an der Nordsee! Die Wohnung ist gut ausgestattet und zentral gelegen, nur wenige Minuten zu Fuß zum Strand. Die Kommunikation mit der Vermieterin war super, hat alles prima geklappt, obwohl es sehr kurzfristig war! Vielen Dank, dass wir dort entspannen konnten 😊

Lage - nah zum Strand
Lage war super nah zum Strand. Insgesamt war die Wohnung klein. Aber wenn man viel unterwegs ist, ist es ja nicht schlimm. Heizung war aus als wir an gekommen sind daher brauchte es sehr lange bis die Räume angenehm warm waren.

Hat eigentlich alles gepasst, beim Fernseher wäre ein Umstieg auf einen Internet TV Anbieter empfehlenswert, da die vorhandene Sat-Anlage immer ausfällt. Wir konnten daher nur über Handy schauen.

Die Ferienwohnung ist gut ausgestattet, man braucht selbst nicht viel mitbringen. Die Lage ist super zentral zum Strand sind es wenige Meter zu Fuss. Das Auto kann stehen gelassen werden.

Wir hatten nur 3 Tage, aber die waren perfekt. Super Kommunikation mit der Vermieterin, sehr nett und zuvorkommend. Wohnung wie beschrieben, sehr sauber. Wir haben uns aber kaum drin aufgehalten, da das Wetter so toll war. Wir haben auch nur auf der Terrasse gesessen und dort gefrühstückt. Küche fast perfekt (für einen längeren Aufenthalt würde uns ein Eisfach fehlen, so konnten wir keine Kühlakkus für die Kühltasche einfrieren). Das Badezimmer ist älter und durch die Badewanne etwas eng, aber alles sehr sauber. Wir würden wieder buchen!
