Great location, comfortable stay!
We stayed during the Christmas and New Years holiday which is a very busy time of year in Playa and made this booking kind of last minute when there were not many properties available to choose from, so we were glad it met our expectations. We really liked the location, very close to the beach, restaurants, grocery stores and all the action on 5th Avenue but also quiet, no street noise or neighbors noise. We were looking for a place where we could catch up with hours of missed zzzzzzz and this condo is great for that!!
Very secure with parking underground and easy access to the pool and gym. Clean with all the amenities you might need while in Playa, it is nicely decorated, we appreciated the ample space, washer and dryer, very efficient cooling system, and the big nice closet.
When we arrived we had some issues with the hot water and a sofa that needed to be vacuumed and didn’t get any response from the management, it is understandable that during the holidays people take their time off. It wasn’t until we had the place serviced 3 days after our arrival and told the cleaning lady that she made some calls and they immediately took action and sent someone who vacuumed the sofa really well, fixed the water heater, other minor details and provided the extra blankets we asked for.
I would definitely recommend this place for a couple or a family of 4, and I would definitely add a hammock in the balcony like some of the other units have.
