Nice rancher style home located in the heart of the Belmont area of Charlottesville. Walking distance to Belmont’s hot spot restaurants, bars and the Downtown Mall. A very short drive to the UVA Campus and The Historic Monticello.
This home has two bedrooms, one queen bed in each room. Both rooms have flat screen T.V.'s. The living room has ample space with a flat screen TV, and a mini fridge for your convenience. There is a salon on premises (by appointment only).
Large backyard with shared outdoor patio seating, and a gazebo.
Our home is located on a main street in Belmont. The neighborhood is quiet. It is in walking distance to all of the Belmont restaurants; Mas, The Local, Tavola, Beer Run, Belmont Pizza, just to name a few. The historic downtown Mall is pedestrian friendly and Is home to the Paramount Theater and Ting Pavilion. With an abundance of eateries, bars and eclectic boutiques, all within walking distance.
