Kids room with bunk beds and projector plus 50" flat panels in other bedrooms and living space. A private resort-style pool. Porch swing on deck overlooking pool. Dodge the traffic and walk to the beach, nearby restaurants, Starbucks, cinema, bowling, mall and groceries. Washer/dryer.
