Perfect house
It was an amazing holiday and the house is perfect. The communication with Ilka and family Wulf are perfect. The kids loved the pool, it is a big pool, just like the picture. In the house has everything you need!

Relaxing home.
We had a very good stay. The neighbourhood was quiet. We appreciated the pool and the air conditioning due to the high temperature. The house is nice to spend some time outside and sheltered of the sun: 2 terraces.

Honeymoon in Mallorca
The property was easy to find and easy to get into. The home was super clean and has all the necessary items needed. They even left wine, cava and a couple beers and grapes to get the vacation started. The pool is beautiful, was a little cool but that was due to time of year. At first we couldn't find the washer didn't look in the door to right of patio where clothes rack was (duh). Also, remember to turn water on. The back patio was perfect relaxing location as well as upper deck where you can get slight view of water. Make sure you walk up to end of street to get an amazing view at the cliff. And when I say cliff I mean cliff. Going to the beach is an experience. If you drive it is a tight turn to get there. Even tighter going up. The beach is amazing, the water is crystal clear. Walk out on the rocks on the right (get water shoes) there is a great place to dive into the water (totally safe). They have food and drink there. Again going up it is a tight drive. Just up the hill you have a small store. Has pretty much the basics needed and you can walk there. The bar is a good place for beer, sandwich or burger. Easy to get anywhere from this property. Absolutely no complaints this was a perfect relaxing property to stay at. Was even able to watch some American football (in German) on a rainy evening. If you are looking for a 2 bedroom property don't look any further. This is your place. When we return to Mallorca will definitely relook up this property. Thank you!!!!

Herrlich
Unser Aufenthalt war wunderschön, die Kommunikation mit den Vermietern und den Verwaltern vor Ort einfach und freundlich. Der wunderschöne Strand in einer der türkisen Buchten ist fußläufig zu erreichen, das hübsche Städtchen Santanyi 10 Minuten mit dem Auto entfernt. Das Haus selbst ist vollständig ausgestattet, es ist wirklich alles da. Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt!

Nous avons passé d'excellentes vacances dans votre villa petit bémol pour les fenêtres dur à ouvrir la lumière de la chambre parents rideau trop fin à cause de la lumière extérieure allumé la nuit dernier point lumière extérieure pour manger était très faible mise à part ces points c'était très très agréable nous reviendrons avec grand plaisir

Tolle Bucht und schönes Ferienhaus
Sehr schöner Ort als Startpunkt zum Erkunden der Insel. Zugang zur Badebucht über einen Treppenzugang nach 2 Minuten Fußweg. Eine einfache Bar mit günstigen Angeboten an Snacks und einen kleinen Supermarkt gibt es auch. Das Haus besitzt eine gepflegte Ausstattung und der Pool wird wöchentlich gereinigt. Das Housekeeping ist super nett und es ist vieles für den tgl. Gebrauch vorhanden. Sonnenschirme, Fön, Geschirrspülmittel, die kleinen Dinge für den Alltag sind vorhanden. Sehr sympathisch!!

Für Kinder nicht geeignet - Einrichtung auf Senioren abgestellt
Negativ: - Wlan funktionierte nicht - 1 Tag ohne warmes Waser - nur 4 Gläser, - keine Spülmachine - Auflagen der Sonnenliegen verschmutzt, - Pool wurde entgegen der Ankündigung nicht gereinigt, - Einrichtung dunkel und eher für Senioren gedacht - die Wohnung war beim Verlassen sauber, dennoch behauptet Vermieter sie sei völlig verdreckt gewesen, - es wurde auch behauptet, wir hätten eine Liege kaputt gemacht, obwohl wir die Terasse, auf der sie stand nicht genutzt hatten - leider hatte unser 4jähriger Enkel einen neben dem Pool liegenden Sandsack in den Pool geworfen (was wir natürlich gemeldet haben), wobei sich dieser geöffnet hatte. Der Hausmeister hat den Sandsack dann über den Poolboden gezogen, so dass sich Sand an mehreren Stellen auf dem Poolboden verteilte positiv: - Außenanlage geflegt - Für den Strand standen alle notwendigen Utensilien (Tasche, Handtücher, Sonnenschirm) zur Verfügung, - ruhige Lage, Strand in wenigen Minuten erreichbar - Küchengrundausstattung (Gewürze, Wasser, Kaffee) vorhanden

Finca
Die Finca ist schon etwas in die Jahre gekommen. Einige Räume wurden renoviert. Gesamthaft ist sie etwas dunkel, dafür sehr gemütlich. Das Bad hätte eine Sanierung nötig. Vor allem die Duschkabine. Die Finca war sehr sauber und der Aussenbereich ist wunderschön. Mit unseren Hunden war es ideal, alles ist eingezäunt und man geniesst die Ruhe und keine Einblicke. Die Finca ist sehr zu empfehlen.

sehr schöne Finca
Die Finca ist wirklich sehr schön, insbesondere der Außenbereich mit dem großen Pool ist toll. Alles war sehr sauber und nett bereitgelegt, auch die Kommunikation mit der Verwaltung funktioniert hervorragend. Alles in allem ist die Finca absolut empfehlenswert.

Perfekter Kurzurlaub
Wir hatten sehr schönen Urlaub. Das Haus war perfekt für uns. Die Kinder hatten Spaß am Pool und wir konnten auf einer der vielen Terrassen den Abend ausklingen lassen. Das Haus war sehr sauber und mehr als genügend Handtücher waren vorhanden. Schöner Strand in der Nähe. Alles in allem, war es perfekt.

Wir hatten tolle Tage im Ferienhaus Casa Larina. Trozt Corona-Reiswarung, die nach unserer Ankunft ausgesprochen wurde. Zur schönen Bucht von Cala Llombards sind es ca. 10-15 Minuten zu Fuß. Julia Eren, unsere Ansprechpartnerin vor Ort kümmerte sich unter anderem um den Pool und schaute immer wieder vorbei. Bei Fragen konnte sie uns kompetent weiterhelfen. Es war sehr angenehm mit ihr. Wir haben viel gekocht und die regionalen Köstlichkeiten auf der Terrasse genossen. (Agromart Balear in Santanyi oder Campos sind zum einkaufen von regionalen Produkten sehr zu empfehlen). Das Haus ist sehr gepflegt und sehr schön. Alle haben sich wohl gefühlt. Viele schöne kleine Buchten sind innerhalb einer halben Stunde mit dem Auto zu erreichen. Wir kommen gerne wieder.

Absolut nette und sehr entgegenkommende Vermieterin! Es wird sich gekümmert. Süße kleine Finca.
In Meernähe (cala Llombards), man hört das Meer rauschen bei Wind. Kleine, süße Finca. Alles da was benötigt wird. Extrem nette und hilfsbereite Vermieterin! Top! Etwas sehr kleines Bad mit kleiner Dusche. Eingangsbereich mit Schotter. Für Gehbehinderung schwierig. Nur mit Hilfe Gehen möglich. Nicht Rollstuhl geeignet da zu schmale Türen und kleine Treppe im Wohnraum zum Wohnzimmer. Soll keine Kritik sein, nur zur Information gedacht, da wir das Problem hatten. Sonst aber für alle super. Schöner Pool! Schön gefliester Poolbereich, mit Außendusche, Grill steht zur Verfügung. Waschmaschine vorhanden. Schön ruhig. Werden gerne nochmals wieder kommen.

Traumhafter Urlaub
Das Ferienhaus hat all unsere Erwartungen übertroffen. Der Pool ist wunderbar groß und man kann richtig schwimmen, nicht nur plantschen. Die Poolpflege hat wunderbar geklappt. Die Bepflanzung und die Terrassen sind sehr gepflegt. Das Haus ist schön eingerichtet und wir haben uns vom ersten Augenblick zuhause gefühlt. Einer unserer schönsten Urlaube. Die Casa ist einfach wunderschön. Ein toller Pool, drei Terrassen und diverse Liegen laden zum Verweilen ein. Von der Tachterrasse hat meine einen traumhaften Blick zum Meer und über das Land. Die Lage ist ruhig und nur wenige Gehminuten von der Badebucht entfernt. Der feine Sand und die Bar mit leckeren Cocktails machen den Aufenthalt perfekt. MIt dem Auto ist man schnell in Santanyi oder weiteren tollen Badebuchten mit kristallklarem Wasser. Wir haben uns total wohle gefühlt und können die Casa Larina nur weiterempfehlen. Wir würden jeder Zeit wieder kommen.

Tolle Zeit in erholsamer Lage
Die Casa Larina ist ein sehr schönes Haus in der ruhigen Umgebung von Cala Llombards. Durch die schöne Terrasse, Dachterrasse und einen Pool kann man sich an vielen Stellen entspannen. In 10 Minuten Entfernung liegt eine sehr schöne Badebucht und mit dem Auto ist man innerhalb von 10 Minuten in der nahen Stadt Santanyi und in 45 Minuten in den Haupttouristenbereichen in Arenal. Wir hatten eine sehr schöne Zeit in der Casa Larina und würden jederzeit wiederkommen!
