It's a stand-alone house with a vast parking area (3 parking slots), barbeque place, and a backyard garden, very convenient for fresh air relaxation. It is situated in a very secure gated community, with manned control access. The property has an electric fence, and one can easily access malls, banks, and the grocery market. Very peaceful, quiet and private residence perfect for work or vacation.
