This property is located directly on the beach in the beautiful ocean side city of Cocoa Beach. The property offers stylish updated accommodations filled with a variety of conveniences and an excellent location.
The two bedroom condo features a fully equipped kitchen, a comfortable living room and dining room for up to six guests. The primary bedroom features a comfortable king size bed. The guest bedroom has two twin beds. There is also a sleeper sofa in the living room. Maximum occupancy is six people. Each bedroom has a TV. Guests can enjoy the ocean view from the private balcony.
This property has activities for the entire family. After spending the day at the beach, guests can go for a swim in the pool, grab a drink or refreshment at the Tiki bar, play poolside bingo, play billiards and ping pong in the game room, and children's activities in the activity center. Guests can also enjoy the numerous amenities including basketball courts, tennis courts, pickleball, fitness center, sauna, onsite restaurant and daily scheduled activities.
Guests may use basketballs, tennis, pickleball and ping pong equipment at no additional charge. There's an activities desk to help you get the most enjoyment during your vacation.
Guests may rent beach chairs, umbrellas, and boogie boards for a fee (based on availability).
*PLEASE NOTE: The property assigns unit numbers (including floor) in advance of arrival (for all guests). These units are not individually owned and have the same kitchens, bathrooms, bedding, decor, etc. All units are alike and can be located between the second and seventh floor. All units have an excellent ocean front view except for the units on the second floor. The second floor has a limited ocean view due to a protected sand dune with palm trees and sea grape trees that limit visibility to the ocean. Guests may request a high floor in advance of their stay. Please note while every effort is made to accommodate requests, requests are not guaranteed.
Renovations to some units are scheduled for August 23 to November 22. Guests may expect some noise during this time period.

Great central location in Cocoa Beach. All units face the ocean. Close to the pier, shopping and dining. You'll enjoy a very clean and newly updated condo that features an excellent location and a variety of amenities. This particular rental unit provides guests with a direct ocean view. You'll also have the option to enjoy the variety of on site scheduled activities along with excellent guest service. It will be hard to find a property that is more centrally located to everything. The Cocoa Beach Pier is less than a quarter mile away. In addition, there are no cleaning fees which is just one of the many ways to help you save money during your vacation.

This rental offers poolside tiki bar and a variety of resort amenities to keep you feeling great during your vacation. Shall anything arise during your stay, you can rest assured that a staff member is on property and ready to assist you from Monday through Thursday and Sunday 7am to 7pm, Friday 7am to 9pm, Saturday 7am to 11pm (hours may vary). If anything arise when front desk is closed, the courteous Property Service staff is available 24 hours a day.
