Great time!

Great rental! There were 7 of us, & we had plenty of room. We went kayaking every day right outside the back door. Neighbors were friendly also, & the property was well taken care of. We would definitely stay there again.

The hosts were extremely helpful, home had lots of our basic needs and many extras making the stay luxurious! I loved the location, the TVs (ha) and the kitchen! The shower had great water pressure and having a washer and dryer onsite made returning home easier!

Nice place to spend a few days

The house is very nice and clean. Located on the channel. The area is very quite and just few minutes away from Homosassa State park and about 20 minutes from Crystal River.Everything was very good and communication with the host was amazing. The only issue was the sofa bed that should be replaced, right now it is in almost unusable

We enjoyed our stay. The home was very clean and well equiped. Great location to get to the Spring and the Gulf. The boat dock accommodated our 21ft boat perfectly. We would recommend this property and will definitely return.

We loved everything about our stay in Homosassa. The house is super welcoming the minute you open the door. Great location on the water and close to wildlife trails and kayaking on Crystal River. All amenities provided, spotlessly clean. The host was so accommodating and thoughtful. Lots of seating and dining options inside and out. I would highly recommend staying here.

Boating weekend with friends

Just stayed two nights, 4 adults. We brought our boat and the dock was plenty big enough for our 21'. Would probably take up to a 25' comfortably. Great location, convenient to all the waterfront restaurants and entertainment, as well as within walking distance to a couple. Close to the springs for a nice relaxing day and refreshing dip in the cool water. The house is dated, but very clean. Beds were comfortable, kitchen sufficiently stocked, and plenty of room.

Dock on the cannal, but end of cannal. Nice neighbors.

House was clean. Ample supplies of so many things. Full cooking items. Even some spices and other extras. Nice screened in porch. Can definately fish off dock, but at end of the cannel. Bed pretty firm, uncomfortable for us. Owner only a text away at all times. Great place, just needs an update or two.

Great location!

Very dated, but roomy, clean and comfortable. We loved being so close to the spring and shopping. Publix is just a short distance, but the little country store across the street saved time getting ice and drinks. There was plenty of dock space on the deep water canal, which made navigating and docking the boat easy. This house is fully stocked, including the kitchen, which was super nice, as we cooked in quite a bit. We all had a great time and would definitely stay there again. We got lots of scallops and everyone had a great time....thank you for having us!

Perfect Scalloping Week!

This house was great for our yearly scalloping trip! The house is located on a finger off the river with a place to tie your boat up to. It’s also very close to Marguerita Grill and the springs by boat. Everything was clean. The kitchen came with basic supplies needed. The whole house decor will take you right back to the 80’s! We loved it!

Great place for a boat

Plenty of room to tie up a boat. House was dated, but clean. Although we were ages from 8-68, none of the generations could figure out how to use (other than to just turn on and off) using any of the 4 remotes to get the TV to work. Certainly an impressive number of electronic devices in the living room. Internet worked great.

Great house and dock

Absolutely fantastic stay. Dock has bumpers on it to protect your boat which was a nice touch. Didn’t take long at all to get out. Water in the canal is pretty calm even in a small storm. The owner was very quick to answer any questions or concerns. Fishing was amazing!!! We will definitely be back!

Great home on the water

Great home with lots of space and really clean upon arrival. Perfect location on water for my boat. Close to the restaurants and the spring area to relax. Have been coming to this area for about 10yrs so familiar with rentals and this one ranks towards the top. Nice and quiet neighborhood easy access to and from the boat ramp will definitely book a stay here again.
