Beautiful, Luxury Towers Condo For Four or Six! Towers 1108, Pool Side

Condo 1108 is a luxury Lakefront condo, Pool Side, that offers a tremendous view from 1st floor, of The Towers at Parkview Bay. Walkout patio is furnished with extra seating area , table, chairs, and gas grill. The Master bedroom provides elegant comfort in the king size bed and master bath including a large walk in shower. Second bedroom also has a king bed and private access to second bathroom. This amazing condo is sleeps 4 but for families with children there is a pull out sofa allowing additional sleeping accommodations. The Towers has elevators and the indoor amenities of a heated pool, hot tub, sauna and work out center. Outdoor 3000 sq ft. pool is also heated. This condo has many extras, with the pool right there within steps and beautiful view of the lake. Jet ski slip available.

Great condo

Perfect condo for a family and perfect location next to the pool. Communication with the property manager was top notch and easy. The condo was well equipped with kitchen supplies, plenty of towles, and all the essential stuff like hand soap, paper towels, and trash bags.

Great Weekend Getaway!!

The unit was perfect for us. It was great having a full bathroom off each bedroom. The convience of being on the ground level was also great for accessing the boat slip. It would be the perfect unit if you had small children and wanted to be close to the pool. It's actually steps away from your outside patio area. Thank you for sharing your unit w/ us.

Perfect trip

Donna was very easy to work with and quickly returned calls. The unit was clean and spacious. Listing shows 1 bathroom, but the description states 2. The unit does, in fact, have 2 bathrooms. Ground level access located right next to pool area, so it was perfect for our kids (but not loud at all). Overall my family was very pleased with our experience and would not hesitate in revisiting this property or working with Donna and her management company again. Thank you so much for sharing your space!

Perfect for our trip

Donna was incredibly easy to work with. Location was perfect, near everything you need. We were looking for a place to take a family member who walks with a cane. We ended up on the lowest level, with ramp sidewalks to the dock. It was perfectly accessible for someone with any type of mobility issues! The condo was super clean, everything we needed was there, and the beds were very comfortable! Pool was fantastic too, even when it was busy, it’s large enough to not feel crowded. Would definitely recommend to friends and family and stay there again.

Condo 6105 at the Towers has many extras which include a fantastic view from the 6th floor location and very nice furnishings and extras!

Why they chose this property

The Towers and Parkview Bay are both well maintained properties and both have maintenance free exteriors, so the esthetics are great! The lakefront decks are concrete. The location is ideal for all vacationers. We are within 12 minutes of several golf courses. Dining and lakefront restaurants are within a mile of the complex by water. Boat rentals are very close, and we have boat slip rentals if you will be bringing your own boat. The waterpark, antiquing, hiking, horseback riding and cave adventures are in the area and close. Grocery and liquor stores are abundant in Osage Beach and are all within a 5 minute drive. Our Passover Road is paved and lighted and we are one mile from the Highway 54 exit.
