The Apartment is modern, with a fully fitted out kitchen, with washing machine and microwave (convectional) , a double door fridge/freezer, queen bed in the bedroom en-suite, dressing table, double shower and double wash basins and a large lounge/dining area. It has panoramic views from the kitchen which has its own balcony and a large balcony leading off from the lounge and bedroom. All floors are tiled throughout. Lots of cupboard space.

Why they chose this property
It has panoramic views of the mountain and farmlands of the locals. It is situated on the main road in Luxor west bank, with ease of access to public transport. There is a supermarket on site for your convenience for your daily needs. There are shops nearby and very safe to walk around. It is very close to the Colossi of Memnon, Habu Temple, Queens Valley to name a few of the famous historical sites.
What makes this property unique
The property is situated in the prime area, on the west bank near the Colossi of Memnon, close to restaurants, coffee shops and the mountain. It is newly built with amazing views of the farmlands and palm trees.
