Newly Renovated Family Home, Central Air, outdoor shower, in quiet neighborhood

Wonderfully charming family style home in a quiet Narragansett neighborhood. Short walk to nearby restaurants and shops, and of course, the Narragansett town beach.

The home features four bedrooms and can comfortably sleep nine. An additional trundle bed is available to sleep a tenth guest. There is a driveway, garage, and street parking as needed. The lawn is great for outdoors games and grilling, and a deck for evening drinks with friends. The outdoor shower helps wash off the sand and salt from the beach, while enjoying the fresh air from the nearby ocean breeze.

The house has central air conditioning for both floors, and radiant floor heating in the sunroom, where you and your family and friends can relax after a beach day with cable and WiFi.

The marble counter top kitchen, range, and dual ovens allows the culinary inspired guests to make meals of almost any variety. If dining out is your preference, you have your choice of a variety of restaurants, each boasting different culinary treats, and ranges of formality. Several are just a walk away.

Your friends and family will fondly look back at the time they spent enjoying one of the finest beach towns in New England - a can’t miss vacation!

Rental includes two passes to Narragansett Town Beach (Children 12 and under are free with each pass) and use of beach equipment in the locker at the beach.

Family Thanksgiving
My family all converged from Camden Maine, Hartford and Brooklyn. I the renter had my 4 grandchildren, 2 sons and their wives. We were able to meet and share our holiday in this most comfortable, roomy and attractive house. We chose Narragansett to be near the ocean and found it to be a beautiful area of RI. We were able to have our traditional Thanksgiving ocean plunge at a stunning beach only a mile away. And we discovered other water beaches to explore that were excellent for winter walks.

Perfect Location in Narragansett
We had a wonderful stay with our family at this beautiful and spacious home for our annual 4th of July vacation. We enjoyed being able to walk to local coffee shops and restaurants through the nice neighborhood. Our grandson loved the toys that were thoughtfully provided. We highly recommend this home for a family vacation.

Great trip!
The home was perfect for our group of 9. Everyone slept comfortably and had plenty of space around the house. Hosts were very accommodating and had a great response time. I would recommend this place to anyone looking for a nice home to stay with friends or family in Narragansett!

Lovely home for a beach stay
The house is more spacious than the pictures show. There are different dining and lounging spaces downstairs, not to mention the chairs on the deck and table with grill in the yard. The upstairs was spatious for 5 grown adults across three bedrooms and no issue sharing bathrooms. The house is a 10-15 min walk to the beach with chairs and a surfboard, but it is a longer walk if you want to be right on the beach. Otherwise the neighborhood is lovely, walking distance to a number of restaurants and not a lot of traffic and good for dog walks and fetch in the side yard. Recommend this house and would stay again! Thank you!

Bright place to bring a group together
This bright Rhode Island spot was the perfect place for a group of old friends to come together. The beds were incredibly comfortable and the double dining room and equipped kitchen allowed us to make big breakfasts and dinners and enjoy them together. Our nights were spent playing games in the sun room. We went to Tsunama only one mile away for dinner and that was a fantastic spot. Jonathan was a perfect host and answered all my messages promptly and clearly. Even in the winter, Sue Casa was a hit!! I would highly recommend this spot.

Good Location
Very nice and welcoming home. Short distance to the beach and some good local restaurants. Nice outdoor space with plenty of things for the kids to play with. Everything you need to stay in and cook a meal or order in and relax.

Pricey for what you get
My family and I were really excited to stay in this VRBO rental so that we were all together. It's a beautiful home, beautiful lighting, but honestly, I felt like we payed way more than we should have. I get cleaning fees, I do, but if I'm paying a cleaning fee.. and are required to check out at 10am the next day.. while not being able to check in until after 4pm, I expect to go into a clean home... Not to find a pair of panties at the foot of the bed.. or to have to wash every dish before I use it. There was about an inch of dust on every surface, and cooking in that kitchen was a nightmare as to everything was everywhere, and what you needed was nearly impossible to find. Eating out every night would have been easier. There's one bed... At the end of the hallway, that literally feels like you're laying on concrete. I couldn't help but to laugh when I layed on it. All in all, my family had a great time, but were very frustrated with the things I listed above. Maybe talk to the cleaners so that others don't have the same problems.

FAMILY FUN TIME

Great family friendly home
We (6 adults, 5 children under 5) had a fantastic experience with this property. There was plenty of space for everyone to move around and be comfortable, especially for multiple young children. All needed amenities were available and even some extras if needed (toiletries, beach items, etc.). The owners were extremely responsive with all questions. The outdoor shower was a hit! The properly is closely located to the town beach and many food places, shops, etc, however, it was hard to walk there with the kids without sidewalks (but all accessible within a 5 minute drive). We also enjoyed having a playground around the corner. Overall we had a great experience at this home and would stay here again.

Trip to the ocean with family-
Our family of 4 adults and 2 children, ages 4 and 6 had a wonderful time in Narragansett, RI. For us the highlight was Scarborough State Beach, which was a quick 3.5 miles from the rental. We went everyday and swam, played in the waves and on the sand and walked the beautiful stretch of beach. Because 2 of us are seniors, our fee for the day, admission and parking was only $6! There are showers, restrooms, souvenirs, and food. We loved the quiet neighborhood where the home is. We took nice walks in the evening. We also enjoyed lobster rolls, chowder and fried clams at nearby restaurants! We hope to be back.

Family Reunion
In general we enjoyed our stay at the house. Our overall experience was good with the exception of one of the bedrooms with a bunk bed and a twin bed. This bedroom might be okay for kids, but not for any adult. As we didn’t have any kids in our group, 2 adults ended up sleeping on the sofas in the sunroom. Also, the 10th person in the group had to sleep on a sofa on the main floor. Regarding the cleanness of the house, on a scale from zero to ten, ten being the highest, I would give a seven.

Great house for a family!
We took a small family vacation for 5 days and stayed at this beautiful property. Jonathan is nothing short of amazing and his response time in answering questions, etc., was impeccable. Everything is labeled and there is even a binder with EVERYTHING you need to know about the house!! So easy! There was a very small issue with the AC - because Jonathan is such a great host, he came to the property (a 2 hour drive from his own house) that same day and had everything fixed! The house was clean and it fit the 10 of us, 8 adults and 2 children, more than perfectly! We grilled in the backyard and ate dinner on the patio. The outdoor shower was awesome!!! I usually don’t use the outdoor showers, but found myself taking a shower everyday in the outdoor one!! If you have small children and plan to do the beach- you may want to consider doing a shuttle system to and from the beach, as the walk is about 20-30 min. It is a nice walk though! We can’t say enough great things about this property! My 4 yr old is crying because she wants to go back!!! Do yourself a favor and book this house!! You will not be disappointed!

Beautiful House
We had a wonderful experience at this house in Narragansett, which was in walking distance to most of the local attractions. The house couldn’t have been any nicer, and the neighborhood was incredible. Highly recommend for anyone with a family looking for a clean, spacious, and beautiful house to stay while in Narragansett!
