We absolutely loved our stay! The house was so clean and so thoughtfully decorated, super cute home! The Hosts were amazing! It was super windy so they had us park in their driveway to help protect our vehicle! The host thought of everything! From dog towels and blankets to toys for the dog and our children. The neighborhood was quiet and beautiful! Yet still close enough to everything that I had no issues getting anywhere in that area! We will most definitely stay again! We are already planning our next trip!
This was a perfect place for my daughter and her family. They appreciated having 3 separate bedrooms and space for the kids to play and for all of them to spread out. The three-year-old especially enjoyed having toys to play with. The fully supplied kitchen was a definite bonus. The host was quick to respond to us when we had questions and made sure to have everything ready for us when we arrived, including a highchair for the baby. I highly recommend this vacation rental.
So many positive words to describe this house. They thought of everything. Cute decoration, lots of puzzles and games, plenty of rooms and beds for a family getaway. 4 adults. Plenty of space. Super clean. Quaint and adorable. Perfect spot for a quiet family getaway.
April's guest house was a great find. It's located right on the north edge of town so while you are a short drive from anything in town, you also are very close to the airport and the countryside which makes for a pleasant stroll with orchards, horses, and the river as a backdrop.
This would be a perfect place for a base for wine tasting or if playing in an event at Shadow Hills or Eugene Country Club.
The guest house is well supplied, has plenty of room and beautifully maintained grounds. I would definitely recommend this to people who want a little escape at the end of the day without being inconvenienced. It's also pet friendly which is a huge plus.
We had a wonderful stay. The home had everything we needed and was nice and secluded but still near many locations including U of O. We will stay again if given the opportunity.
Thanks,
Steve
We had a fantastic family weekend get away. The house was ever better than described with so many thoughtful touches! The property was beautiful, the house very comfortable and clean, location was perfect for us. The kids were so thrilled to find the toys to play with. It had everything we needed. The hosts were very helpful and communication was easy. Thank you so much!! We’ll definitely plan to stay longer next time as nobody was ready to leave!
Wow! what an amazing location for people who want a rural setting coupled with a leisurely 45 minute bike ride (safe, largely free from traffic on bike paths) along the river into downtown Eugene. Don't forget to cross the street and jump in the river!!!
Very quaint house in a quiet neighborhood- nicely maintained and very private. Clean and neat. Kitchen is well stocked ! Laundry facilities were a nice feature . Huge property. Highly recommend.
We really enjoyed our stay at this property during our recent family vacation to the Pacific Northwest. The house had everything we needed and more. It was decorated in a cute country house style that added to the ambiance and cozy feel. The neighborhood is rural, safe and quiet. The host was easy to communicate with and very friendly. We would definitely recommend this home for a stay with family.
Adorable little home in a nice and quiet neighborhood. The hosts were very kind and even recommended fishing areas to us! We would 100% stay here again.
We stayed for a few days for business and to visit some old friends. The house was set up perfect and the landlord was a delight to work with. We will stay again!
This house was a gem. The first thing I noticed was the beautiful yard and flowers - even better than the online pictures. If felt just like home, so comfortable, clean. The kitchen was very well stocked with everything we needed to prepare food, including some empty cupboard space to put away our groceries. Our family group included all age groups - a toddler, a mom, grandma, and two great aunts (80's). It was comfortable for all of us. The beds were great, plenty of towels, and everything we could have needed. The bedroom with the bear decor was a hit with the toddler, who didn't tire of looking at them all. The high chair, and stroller were much appreciated. We were participating at an event at the Oregon Horse Center, which was only a few minutes away, with an easy drive through the country side. We would definitely stay here again - a hidden gem for sure.
