Large private, well equipped 4 bedroom house in mature garden with a large sunny deck and a creek running through part of it. A King bed, 2 Queens, a Sofa bed, a King Single and Single bed now sleeping up to 10. Unlimited hot water on infinity system. Free internet! Family friendly with a wide variety of DVD's, books, games and toys available. Just a short walk from Greytown's boutique shops, restaurants and cafes. A great base to explore the regions vineyards, forest parks and festivals or to simply unwind. Close to the Rail Trail - walk or bike Greytown's scenic trail. Breakfast is available on request.

Gerry’s 60th

A small group of friends booked the house for the weekend to celebrate a friend turning 60. The house is perfect for getting to everything in Martinborough and perfect for a number of couples. The kitchen is also well set up to cook for a large group. Plenty of parking too. Mature fun had by all!

Peaceful, green space, close to town

The house is big, hidden in the trees with a nice sunny deck. It’s exceptionally quiet and there wasn’t a thing we couldn’t find in the kitchen for cooking. Thank you for letting us stay and especially for letting our four legged angel stay.

Just somewhere to sleep

Greytown is a very pretty village and we needed a place to stay so we could attend a wedding there. The house accommodated us all well, but it is quite a run down house and we were greeted by a definite smell of mould when we arrived. Rubbish in one of the rooms, dust beside the beds and cockroaches in the kitchen.

Chris's cabin - an absolute delight!

A group of four women went to Greytown for a girls' extended weekend, fortuitously staying at Kathy's gorgeous Chris/s Cabin. It was fantastic. Four spacious bedrooms with fabulous comfortable beds, great bathroom, kitchen, lounge, dining and deck areas - and set in a lovely cottage garden. Kathy is a wonderful host. Highly recommend.

This was a time for bonding. I had not seen my sister's for seven years, so we had a lovely time. The rain could not stop us. It was absolutely lovely. I love the home away from home.access was easy to all the lovely places to see..

Everything I need is there

Great location to grey town shops and short drive to Martinborough. Owner is prompt in communication. The house is lovely, excellent for family, fuss free (I don’t have to bring anything just my clothing). Self check-in and check-out is easy.

Greytown was recently voted the most beautiful NZ town. We love it here with the boutique shops, great restaurants and cafes and being so close to the Greytown Rail Trail and the Tararua ranges and its hiking tracks. Greytown is a great base to visit local vineyards and other events in the Wairarapa.
