Tudo conforme as expectativas. Localização boa, apartamento bem equipado. Com destaque para a honestidade do porteiro do prédio, que achou meu copo Stanley, que eu esqueci na área para lavar a areia dos pés e me procurou para devolver. Infelizmente, na pressa não perguntei o nome dele, mas fica o meu agradecimento a todos.

O apartamento estava limpo, fiel as fotos. Localização ótima, perto da praia, prédio tranquilo sem bagunça, vaga de garagem e câmera. Tinha ar condicionado, ventilador, sanduicheira, microondas, liquidificador, cafeteira, panelas e utensílios. Cozinha compacta, ótima pra ficar organizada. Banheiro limpo e bonito. Quarto e cozinha com muitos armários. Voltaria com certeza.
