The house is located on the beautiful west coast of Greece between Plataria and Sivota directly by the sea and about 24 km from Igoumenitsa, opposite the island of Corfu.
The house has a living space of approx. 149 m2 and has 4 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, living room, kitchen with all electrical appliances, dining room, a large terrace with garden furniture, sun loungers and a wonderful panoramic view. It is located outside the village of Plataria, right next to the campsite, slightly above sea level and offers an incomparable view of the sea. There is only one other house right next to the house, so you can relax from the hectic pace of everyday life in a calm and relaxed atmosphere.
In Sivota and Plataria you will find many restaurants, cafés and good shopping opportunities. Lonely bays invite you to swim, sunbathe and dive. Water sports are also possible. The next largest city is Igoumenitsa.

Super Aufenthalt

Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt. Küche, Bäder, Schlaf- und Wohnräume sind modern renoviert. Das Haus ist sehr gut ausgestattet und geräumig. Über eine Treppe gelangt man direkt zu einem Kiesstrand. Wir haben uns alle sehr wohl gefühlt!

Vue magnifique, maison spacieuse et fonctionnelle

Se lever en contemplant le golfe, descendre à la plage à pied, se garer au rez-de-chaussée de la maison, une climatisation très efficace si besoin, une maison impeccable, beaucoup d'espace : tout ce qu'il faut pour de magnifiques vacances insouciantes !

Great place for a relaxed vacation

Wunderschönes großes Haus direkt am Meer

Meine Familie und ich haben unsere Zeit in dem Ferienhaus sehr genossen. Die Treppe zum Meer war das Highlight morgens und nach getaner Arbeit! Auch die Aussicht auf das Meer beim Abendessen waren beeindruckend. Deutlich schöner als es die Bilder vermuten lassen! Einziger negativer Punkt war der durchgehend bellende und völlig verängstige Nachbarshund, der usb zu Beginn auch öfter angeknurrt hat und uns doch oft gegen 5 oder 6 aus dem Bett geholt hat...aber der ist wohl auch nicht immer da, somit hatten wir evtl nur Pech

Ein sehr schönes grosszügiges Haus. Wir haben einen sehr schönen Urlaub dort verbracht. Wir waren das erste mal in Epirus und die Gegend hat uns auch sehr gut gefallen.

Ein Traum

Wunder-schönes Haus, riesige Terrasse mit traumhaftem Ausblick, eine Woche war definitiv zu kurz! Das nächste Mal mindestens drei Wochen. Superfreundlicher Empfang, sehr leckere Orangenmarmelade, vielen Dank nochmals. Wir kommen wieder!

Very beautiful and well equiped villa with a magnificent view over the clear sea

De woning is prachtig en beschikt over alles wat je maar nodig hebt. Het uitzicht is prachtig. Een trap van 75 treden verbind met een kiezel strand en een prachtig heldere zee. Met een bootje kan je naar mooie baaitjes in de buurt of het leuke Plataria. Onze kinderen klaagden wat over de WiFi, maar met alle nieuwe Europese afspraken is het steeds minder noodzakelijk om WiFi te hebben (al kan dat per generatie verschillen)

Perfekter Urlaub im Ferienhaus Plataria

Im Sommer 2015 haben wir im Ferienhaus Plataria unseren dreiwöchigen Familienurlaub verbracht. Es war einfach toll. Das Haus, das Meer, die kleinen Städte rundum, die Erreichbarkeit aller interessanten und wichtigen Orte, einfach perfekt. Das Meer war sowohl zum schwimmen als auch zum schnorcheln bestens geeignet, über eine Treppe leicht und schnell zu erreichen. Das Haus ist selbst für acht Personen (wir waren sieben) sehr geräumig und man kann sich im Notfall auch mal aus dem Weg gehen. Die Einrichtung ist freundlich, gepflegt und sehr sauber. Das Inventar ist reichlich bemessen. Es ist alles da was man braucht. In den Betten haben wir so gut geschlafen wie zu Hause. Die Badezimmer sind hell, freundlich und sehr gut ausgestattet. Ein Traum ist die riesige Terasse, von dort hat man einen tollen Ausblick auf das Meer. Man kann sich dort sehr gut sonnen oder im Schatten einer Markiese liegen. Erfrischung findet man durch einen Wasseranschluss auf der Terasse. Es fällt mir nicht die kleinste Kleinigkeit ein über die wir uns hätten beklagen können. Alles in allem war es eindeutig die beste und schönste Unterkunft in meinen ca. 30 Griechenlandurlauben. Sollten wir noch einmal mit so vielen Leuten nach Griechenland reisen, werden wir dieses Haus auf jeden Fall wieder mieten. Herzlichen Dank auch nochmal an die nette und kompetente Betreuung vor Ort. Alles hat bestens geklappt und wir haben uns von der ersten bis zur letzten Minute sehr gut aufgehoben gefühlt.

Traumurlaub in Griechenland

Wir haben in diesem sehr gut ausgestatteten und gepflegten Haus ein wunderbare Zeit (04.07-14.07) verbracht. Von der Buchung, über die Schlüsselübergabe, bis hin zur Abreise hat alles super geklappt. Durch den großzügig angelegten Garten sind es über einen Privatweg keine 3 Minuten Fußweg zum Meer. Sehr empfehlenswert ist auch das Campingplatzrestaurant (Nautilos Camping,10 Minuten am Strand entlang) mit leckeren Speisen zu moderaten Preisen. Wir würden dieses tolle Haus jederzeit wieder buchen und empfehlen!

OASI DI PACE NELLA NATURA

Ottima posizione. a 3 km dal paese e a pochi metri dal mare.La casa è molto spaziosa e luminosa grazie alle grandi finestre panoramiche. Perfettamente attrezzata, non manca nulla.Adatta a gruppi familiari in quanto ognuno può trovare il proprio spazio. Vicina al paese di Plataria dove si può trovare piccoli market ,ristorantini e gelaterie.ma anche a diversi siti archeologici e punti d'interesse ( Necromanteion, Dodoni , Parga, Ioannina) facilmente raggiungibili in un'ora di auto. La signora Ingrid Keiner è stata molto disponibile e gentile nel rispondere a tutte le nostre richieste.La consigliamo vivamente e ci torneremmo molto volentieri.

Absolut empfehlenswert!

Das Haus ist wunderbar gelegen auf einem abgeschlossenen Grundstück mit großem Garten in Hanglage zum Meer, von dem es nur durch eine kleine Zufahrtsstraße getrennt ist, die kaum befahren wird und eher von Anwohnern oder Ortskundigen zum Einlassen kleiner Boote genutzt wird. Ein vorhandener gepflegter Kiesstrand lädt außerdem jederzeit zum Baden ein. Es war absolut ruhig und dass sich in direkter Nachbarschaft ein zweites, scheinbar eher privat genutztes Haus befindet, war für uns unrelevant, da es zur Zeit unseres Aufenthaltes nicht bewohnt wurde. Das Haus selbst war perfekt in Ausstattung (exakt wie vom Vermieter angegeben) und dem gebotenen Komfort. Alles war einwandfrei in Funktion und Pflegezustand und vom endlich einmal reichhaltig bestückten Küchenschrank über die Bäder mit großen Duschen und ordentlichem Wasserdruck, den komfortablen Schlafzimmern mit ordenlichen Betten und den großzügig gestalteten Wohnbereichen inklusive interessanter Reisebuchauswahl (unbedingt die Insel Korfu und die antiken Stätten der Umgebung besuchen und nicht das sehenswerte Archäologische Museum in Igoumenitsa vergessen!!) bis zur weitläufigen Terrasse ein echtes "Traumhaus". Es hat wirklich ALLES gestimmt! Nicht zuletzt der unkomplizierte Kontakt zu den Vermietern in Deutschland und der überaus nette Kontakt zur Anprechpartnerin vor Ort waren erstklassig. Wir kommen gern wieder!
