The approx. 100 year old holiday home blends beautifully into the historic Seilerstrasse. It was completely renovated in 2000. The decor is modern and child-friendly. Particular attention was paid to allowing maritime comfort to flow into it. The separate bedrooms offer holidaymakers individual freedom. The front garden and the roof terrace have comfortable seating that invites you to linger in the sun. The central location close to the beach gives the vacation a unique quality. Families with children in particular enjoy the spacious living space of the house.

Perfekte Unterkunft

Das Haus ist sehr gut geignet für Familien auch mit Kleinkind. Sehr gute Ausstattung, alles vorhanden und tolle Lage. Wir haben uns äußerst wohl gefühlt.

Tolles, zentrales Ferienhaus mit schöner Terrasse

Wir waren zwei Wochen gemeinsam mit unseren 2,5-jährigen Zwillingsmädchen in dem Ferienhaus und können nur positives berichten. Viel Platz, eine schöne Terrasse (Achtung Kopf einziehen beim rein- und rausgehen... *aua*), ein kleiner "Vorgarten" und eine sehr ruhige Straße mit vielen anderen Familien und Kindern, auf der man gut spielen kann. Das Haus ist sehr zentral gelegen. Man ist schnell überall. Der telefonische Kontakt zur Gastgeberin (einmal vorab und einmal während des Aufenthalts) war immer sehr angenehm und sympathisch. Man merkt, dass sie immer bemüht ist, den Aufenthalt für die Gäste angenehm zu gestalten. Volle Empfehlung.

Schöner Urlaub mit Einschränkung

Charmantes altes Friesisches Haus nahe dem Zentrum von Norderney. Daher auch nicht immer ganz leise, da schlecht gedämmt. Problem sind aber ein nicht voll abdunkelbares Kinderzimmer und die Stiege (Treppe) ins Obergeschoss, wo ich als 180cm Mann mich bücken und verbiegen musste um nicht mit dem Kopf anzustossen. Gestört hat uns auch die bei Wind klappernde und zugige Haustür und funktionierendes Radio in der Küche. Vermisst haben wir eine Mikrowelle.

Alles prima

Das Ferienhäuschen ist gut gepflegt und man kann durchaus Probleme bekommen seine Jugendlichen überhaupt aus der Bude zu locken. 😉 Die Lage ist Top und hat kürzeste Wege zu Supermärkten, Cafés, Restaurants und zum Zentrum.

Gemütliches Ferienhäuschen

Wir haben uns in dem liebevoll eingerichteten Ferienhäuschen sehr wohl gefühlt (2 Ewachsene, 3 Kinder). Die Treppe ist nicht für Laufanfänger oder beeinträchtigte Menschen geeignet.

Charmant & praktisch

Schönes altes Gebäude wie wir es lieben. Es ist gepflegt und gut ausgestattet. Kleinere Macken sind vorhanden, was wir aber als normal und nicht wirklich störend empfanden. Einzig die Matratzen (Lattenrost) dürften unserem Empfinden nach gerne erneuert werden. Die Kommunikation mit dem Vermieter verlief von A-Z vorbildlich. Eine defekte Kaffeemaschine wurde völlig unkompliziert und zügig ersetzt. Gerne wieder!

Das Häuschen ließ kaum Wünsche offen, allerdings entpuppte sich die Lage in der Stadt mit dem zunehmenden Touristenstrom als zu nahe am Partygeschehen ( nächtliche Leben!!!)

Sehr schönes und gepflegtes Haus in hervorragender Lage. Die Einrichtung und Ausstattung ist durchweg hochwertig und nutzerfreundlich. Das Haus liegt sehr zentral und dabei angenehm ruhig. Besonders hübsch: Der kleine Vorgarten. Insgesamt: Besser kann's nicht sein! Einzig für Leute mit schweren orthopädischen Problemen wäre eine Einschränkung am Platze, weil die ins Obergeschoss führende Treppe für diesen Personenkreis eine Herausforderung sein könnte.

So gemütlich...

...und heimatlich ist dieses kleine Häuschen! Super gelegen, die Wege zum Strand und zum Einkauf sind kurz, die Lage ruhig. Es hat an nichts gefehlt, unseren kleinen Bluetoothlautsprecher würden wir nächstes mal nur mitnehmen. Vielen Dank für eine wunderschöne Zeit!

Es hat uns sehr gut gefallen. Die Ausstattung der Wohnung war sehr gut. Würde es wieder buchen.

Für ältere Leute ist die Treppe in das Obergeschoss eine Herrausforderung. Die Wohnung weiterzuempfehlen.

Klein aber fein.

Das Haus ist perfekt gelegen, sehr zentral und trotzdem ruhig. Die Ausstattung ist gut. Die Zimmer sind hell, einzig in der Küche ist es relativ dunkel. Das Badezimmer ist sehr gross und komfortabel. Nicht alle Steckdosen haben funktioniert, war aber nicht weiter schlimm. Das Haus ist wirklich zu empfehlen!

Das Haus ist sehr geschmackvoll und wertig ausgestattet. Es ist alles da, was man brauchen könnte. Die Kommunikation mit den Vermietern und der Hauwartin war sehr gut und erfreulich. Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt und gut erholt. Gerne kommen wir wieder :-))

Liebevoll renoviertes Häuschen in toller Lage

Liebevoll renoviertes Häuschen in toller Lage. Obwohl ganz zentral gelegen, ist die Straße selbst absolut ruhig. Ein besonderes Highlight für uns war es, ganz entspannt im Vorgarten zu sitzen und die Sonne zu genießen, während die Kinder draußen spielen konnten. Einfach perfekt! Wir kommen gerne wieder...
