Beautifully Remodeled Beach Front Condo with Spectacular Ocean Views

Sit back, relax, and enjoy the ocean breeze! This remodeled condo is right on the beach. You have amazing ocean views and take in the beautiful evening sunsets.
This condo is 2 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms and is located on the 8th floor. The patio is large and has seating for four. Enjoy the beautiful ocean views and ocean breeze.
The condo was completely renovated and features an open kitchen with quartz countertops and stainless steel appliances. The remodeled bathrooms feature a completely renovated master shower with brand new tile, gorgeous quartz vanity, faucets and fixtures. The guest bathroom features a garden tub with new tile, quartz vanity, faucets, and fixtures.
The condo has 1 king bed in the master bedroom and 2 queen beds in the guest bedroom. Our bedrooms are tastefully decorated with that coastal feel. Both bedrooms have side tables, lamps, dressers for clothes, and blinds for privacy. The living room has plenty of seating, a new 50" smart TV, with an open floor plan. The dining room comfortably seats six . You will also find a desk in the living area, WIFI, and both bedrooms have new smart TV's. From the living room you are just feet away from the large covered patio where you can enjoy the views, listen to the waves and feel the gentle breeze.
Amenities: The condo comes stocked with fresh linens, towels, a fully equipped kitchen. We provide all the things from home such as a toaster, coffee maker, blender, pots/pans, bakeware, crock pot, dishes, glasses and utensils.
About the Complex:
There is guest parking in front of the complex. The property offers tennis courts, basketball courts, gym, guest lobby with a complimentary coffee bar, outdoor pool (heated in select months), brand new playscape with access by the pool, hot tub, sun deck, grill, movie rentals, freshwater shower on boardwalk to beach, and much more.
There are cameras located on the property, maintained by The Seagull Condominiums. We do not have access to these cameras and they are not in the unit themselves.
The Seagull is going through renovations. We cannot control the noise between 8 am and 5 pm. There is also possible there will be no noise at all depending on where the crew is working.

******We are not in the rental pool at Sea Gull Condominiums. Our rates are set by us, the owners, and not the building. We only rent through this website.******

This condo is lovely, beautifully decorated with all the items I needed to make my stay go smooth. ONLY downfall I did not like was the nightly noise of vehicles on the beach as it is a constant between 8pm to midnight. Also be aware the construction and improvements they are presently working on could be heard in the condo during the daytime hours. But location and beach was nice in regards to get away.

Great location on the beach. The balcony was amazing. Area has some good restaurants about 7 miles from condo. Weather wasn’t in our favor so didn’t have opportunity to take advantage of beach or pool. If coming to Port A I would recommend staying here.

Have never seen a place as well stocked with supplies, cutlery and appliances. Thanks! Except for the living room ceiling fan and light fixtures not getting power (which the responsive maintenance staff came and checked out), everything else at this place was perfect! This was our first time at the beach in Port Aransas and we couldn’t had chosen a better place to spend family time! We had an incredible stay at this condo! The accommodations were top-notch, with everything we needed for a comfortable and relaxing vacation. The condo was spotless and well-maintained, with modern amenities and a cozy atmosphere. The beautifully decorated condo is well laid out for familty to enjoy games at the dinner table, working puzzles on the large coffee table, watching tv on comfortable furniture or sitting on great chairs on the balcony watching the waves. The well-lit,stocked kitchen has lots of room to cook. The beds are great. The boardwalk down to the beach with a water spray to wash off the sand were appreciated. My teenage grandsons said they want to come again! A wonderful experience.

Best Beach Trip Yet

We go to the Port Arthur/Corpus Christi area every year for a week, but this year we found this place, and it was amazing. We enjoyed sipping coffee in the mornings watching the sunrise, being able to walk to the beach, my son really enjoyed the pool table downstairs. Also being on Mustang Island the beach was never crowded. We will plan to start staying here every year moving forward.

Beautiful condo close to the beach

This was a beautiful place to stay. Very clean. The kids loved the heated pool and we all liked the very short walk to the beach. The inside of the building itself is also nice thanks to renovations being done. Lisa is wonderful and easy to communicate with. The condo is a bit out of the way which is great for not having a crowded beach, but it's a little bit of a drive to restaurants and groceries. Make sure to bring bottled water, too. Overall great stay and would definitely recommend!

My family and I purchased this property as we have been vacationing in Port Aransas for over 30 years. Native Texans, we enjoy everything Port Aransas has to offer. We currently live in Austin, Texas, just under 4 hours away.

Why they chose this property

We bought this property because we really liked the access to the beach, the beautiful swimming pool and all the remodeling this unit has had. Also, we enjoyed the 8th floor breezes, views, and privacy. We chose the Sea Gull as it has always been well maintained and is a great location. The Sea Gull is one of the few properties on the island that is very close to the ocean, perfect for the older guests as well as guests with young children.

What makes this property unique

We fell in love with this condominium as it is so tastefully remodeled and gives a sophistication not often found in a beach home. All the details were so carefully planned out and it makes the vacation that much more enjoyable. Due to Hurricane Harvey, we had to remodel the unit completely.
