Rex and Rena bought the property in June of 2018 from a family that owned it for over 100 years. We both went to school in Austin and have owned family property in the Hill County for many years. We love it here! We made the move to Llano, TX in 2014 and have enjoyed this area full-time ever since.

Feels like home! The Beach House Villa is nestled lakeside on Lake Buchanan. The sunrise and sunsets here are simply amazing! Relax or grab a fishing pole! The Beach House has access to our sandy beach right on the property! Bring a life jacket and while you are packing grab your fishing pole! Pet friendly! Charcoal BBQ Pits and Picnic Tables on the property. We are dog friendly, grad your leach! See you soon!
