Perfect spot

Perfect Getaway!

We had one of the most relaxing weeks at Bill's place. The condo is so comfortable with spectacular views of the bay. We immediately booked it again in the Spring and can't wait to return!

Most memorable getaway!

Bill is the perfect host and his place has everything you need for an awesome week. The quiet west end with the ever changing, beautiful bay at your front door is just what we needed to press reset and truly relax! This is our second stay there and we look forward to another one soon!

Nice apartment.

The apartment was as described. Perfect location. Comfortable bed. Spotlessly clean. We had mostly everything we needed, and when we asked for a couple things that were missing, the host responded immediately.

Quiet and Quaint

Charming place to stay while visiting Ptown. Located right on the waterfront with a great view and sound of the bay. Nice 10-15 minute stroll into the center of bustling Commercial St. Would suggest arriving before dark to get to the parking area which was a bit hard to find but totally convenient being only a 3 minute walk away.

Compact, Cozy Getaway

REALLY enjoyed our 4-night stay here. Even a passing hurricane didn't affect this rock-solid, airy spot right on the Bay. Great views from the second-story windows. The West End neighborhood is a feast for the eyes and a short walk to town. We'll be back!

Great Location and Wonderful Condo

Couldn't get a better location. West End of Commercial Street was nice and quiet and Condo is right on the ocean. About a 30-35 minute walk from the Ferry Pier with luggage. Condo layout is great and owner responsive when we asked for some items that were missing originally. Would definitely stay there again.

Great West End Getaway

The unit was comfortable, clean, and in one of our favorite locations. Great water views, quiet neighbors, and decently equipped for breakfasts and lunches. We dine out at night, so didn't need to cook in. Very comfortable bed, and great sleeping, listening to the waves. We would love to rent this unit again.

Great Location and Great Place

West end of Commercial Street was quiet and relaxed. Right on the Ocean was fantastic. Walk to busy part of town was nice. Took about 30-35 minutes from pier with luggage. Accommodations were bright and completely adequate for 2 people. Liked the split between bedroom and living space. Owner responsive when needed bath soap and shampoo. Would definitely stay here again.

Great stay in the cape!

Bill hosted us for a week in his unit in off season. We came the coldest weekend of the year and even with frozen pipes the first night he stayed in constant communication with us and accommodated us so kindly through this glitch. Not only was Bill the sweetest, all the neighbors were beyond exceptional. I wish we could’ve stayed indefinitely. I cannot give high enough praise for the thoughtfulness we experienced this week. We come to Ptown A LOT and this was definitely our best stay. I fully recommend staying here.

Fantastic haven!

What a beautiful place in a glorious location, with a private beach right outside! The condo is beautifully appointed and so comfy. Bill was responsive and helpful when I had a couple of questions (no real issues at all). There are lovely water views in 2 directions upstairs and you can hear the tide coming in as you sleep downstairs. Just be aware that there are stairs (well-designed and well-built) in this unit, which was fine for me but may not be for everyone. Great quiet location on the west side - loved walking into town (about a mile and great exercise). Bike rack right outside the door is convenient and the parking spot was easily accessible and only a few minutes walk down a sweet tucked-away little street. I definitely plan on staying here again!

Great stay

We loved this property. Perfect location, a pleasant 15 minute stroll to the center of town. We had dinner at a table in the sand at Sal’s Place only 5 minutes away. Fantastic. The unit was very comfortable and extremely quiet, as is the West end neighborhood. We had no issues during our stay, however I emailed the owner once before we arrived and once when we returned home and never got a reply. We had a four night midweek stay, but when I looked toward next summer we found a minimum 7 nights are required. We’re sad that we may not be able to return.

west end getaway

The place was beautifully decorated, very comfortable and easy to live in. Everything was as described with a well equipped kitchen. The bedroom on the first floor and living area upstairs allowed for some privacy and the spiral staircase was wide and easy to go from one level to the other. A private parking spot was just a few minutes walk away. Highly recommended.

Quiet bayside convenience

Incredible week at Bill's place. Duplex condo with bedroom and bathroom on first floor, living area with kitchen and deck space with gorgeous bay view. Went to sleep every night with the water lapping quietly out the window, woke up to a gorgeous sunrise over the bay each morning. Super quiet west end location, but easy walk to Red Inn, Relish, Sal's, breakwater and the beach, little bit farther to the center of town. Friendly neighbors and the perfect spot for a couples retreat. Bill was incredibly helpful and responsive, but we had no problems anyway! Thanks for a wonderful stay.

Fantastic place so close to town

We rented this place for a last minute getaway and it turned out just perfect. I will rent again, hopefully in the near future. Host was wonderful and the neighbors in the complex were all so welcoming and sweet. Make sure you get up early and enjoy the sunrise and while we did a lot of walking there are so many great places to eat and drink within walking distance you have to be careful not to pack on the pounds.

Beach Access is Everything

This cute condo was the perfect place to spend our beach-focused week in PTown. We woke up each day, put on some sunblock, and just walked down the steps to the beach. With the tide heading out in the morning, we would walk far out into the bay to catch unparalleled views if PTown or sit in the sand and watch the water ripple. When the tide came in in the afternoon, we would swim and float to our hearts’ content. Late afternoons were spent with wine and cheese on our private deck watching the boats and the waves. After wine time, we would shower and dress and head into town for a lovely dinner and some drinks. It was the most relaxed week I’ve ever spent in PTown. Bill, the owner is the condo, was incredibly communicative and responsive to any needs or questions we had, a terrific host. My only note would be that this condo is perfect for those who do not want to cook a full meal in. There is a stovetop and a very fancy micro-oven, but it does not have a full traditional oven. Since PTown has wonderful places for dinner and this location is the ultimate in PTown relaxation, I wouldn’t not be deterred by the kitchen. It’s just good to know going in so you can plan your lovely evenings out in advance.
