Welcome to your home away from home! This spacious mobile home is located on a quiet and shaded street within the award-winning Ocean Lakes Family Campground. Enjoy breakfast on the oversized, covered porch before starting your days of sun-filled fun. You can quickly access all the wonderful park amenities on the included limo cart.

Items To Note:

This rental does include a complimentary golf cart. All operators must be 21 years or older with a valid driver's license. Additional rules may apply per the rental agreement.

Bed, bath and kitchen linens are included in the cleaning fee.

Ocean Lakes charges $12.00 per day, per vehicle, for passes purchased 10+ days in advance of your arrival. Passes purchased less than 10 days in advance are $15.00 per day. This is payable directly to Ocean Lakes and not included in your payment for the rental. Instructions on completing this process will be emailed to you prior to your arrival.

There is parking for 3 vehicles at this site. If you have additional vehicles, they must be parked in the overflow lot (daily fee still applies).

Once your booking request is approved, you will receive an email with instructions for paying your deposit to hold the reservation. The payment link is only active for 24 hours. Your reservation is not confirmed until the deposit payment is received.

House Rules:

Rates and fees are non-negotiable.

Renters must be at least 25 years old, and present during the rental period.

MAXIMUM occupancy is 9.

No smoking in the house.

No pets allowed.

Fireworks are prohibited inside Ocean Lakes Family Campground.

Wonderful place to stay

My husband and I went down to Oceanlakes with my our 3 kids my brother and his 2 kids. It was my nieces sweet 16 and all she talked about was going to ocean lakes and riding in the golf cart parade. Well we had the best time! This place we stayed at was so beautiful and roomy for all 8 of us. It was so clean and relaxing! I will definitely book this home again next time. We can’t wait!

House Needs Upgrades for Price

Family with 20+ years experience renting at Ocean Lakes. The good: The house was spacious and the deck/porch area was really nice. The AC worked really well. The limo cart was a big plus. TV cable and streaming options were awesome. Parking area was huge. The bad: For the price we paid the house was lacking in several areas. At that price point I would not expect to have to fill ice trays or buy ice. Fridge has rust on the side and all appliances were dated. Kitchen needs remodeling. Showers and master bathroom desperately need remodeling as they are old and dingy. Queen beds were just old metal frames that slid on the floor. House was only somewhat clean when we arrived. Pot mode on keurig did not work but owners may not know. We used K cups. Overall we were disappointed for the price we paid. We would not stay again at the current rental rate with the house as is.

Awesome property with amazing hosts!

This property was amazing! It was perfect for my party of 6. We had plenty of room to spread out and the house was fully stocked with lots of kitchen supplies and beach supplies. The hosts were absolutely amazing and went above and beyond for us when we had to extend out stay due to a family member being admitted to the hospital here. They found another property for us to move to on our original check out date and helped us do an early check in since we had little ones that needed a nap. I will always rent from these hosts in the future! Only piece of advice is to bring some mosquito spray. The mosquitos are vicious in the south this time of year and especially in this area of Ocean Lakes. But it's an easy thing to prepare for if you know ahead of time. Our stay was great and we will definitely be back! Highly recommend!

Nice layout, but poorly maintained. House was standing open and dirty upon arrival. Manager cleaned while we went out to supper, but honestly it was a lick and a promise only. A/C was adequate, gave out on last day. Roaches were worse than any other OL property we have ever stayed at..

Perfect for our group

The house was beautifully decorated. We had plenty of space for sleeping snd entertaining. The porch was our favorite place to hang out. I will be looking to book this house again for my family trips.

Queen beds were comfortable. Bunks not as much. Limo golf cart was perfect and exactly what we needed. AC did go out twice at the beginning of our stay even though we followed the rules. But luckily the property manager was fast To respond and The issue was fixed on day 2. Good layout for the 5 of us. We had a great week and would stay here again!

BEYOND OUR EXPECTATIONS!

We had one of the best vacations! The rental was even better than we expected from the pictures. Very clean...comfortable beds...more than enough space inside and out. Front porch was out favorite place to spend time during the afternoon storms...loved the swing...more than plenty of chair and fans. It was in a great location...our three younger teenagers could ride bikes everywhere. We all enjoyed the limo golf cart. Homeowner was very helpful with everything and we will definitely rent this property again!!!

We had 6 people and there was plenty of room and the golf cart was awesome! We had a problem with the electric and it was fixed with in 2 hours . It’s a great place and would recommend!
