This is a one bedroom one bath newly renovated luxurious condo with a full kitchen, bathroom, closet, large bedroom, and cozy living area. The kitchen is fully equipped with a microwave, toaster, coffee maker, large fridge, full stove, set of silverware, pots and pans, cups, and glasses. Bedroom has a queen sized bed that sleeps a maximum of two people and a flat screen tv. There is a cozy living area with a 50" Samsung Smart flat screen tv and a leather sofa for all your comfort needs. The private balcony has two chairs and small table and is very quiet. This condo is located on the first/ground floor. Wi-fi included inside and Pool side .Towels,beach towels, chairs, noodles, umbrella, cooler.
The Avalon features a large clubhouse offering 24/7 wi-fi internet access, a large heated pool with a barbecue area, as well as a fitness center. Shopping centers, like Publix supermarket, are within walking distance. This newly renovated condo is tastily decorated and will make you feel right at home .This gated community is located 5 minutes away from clearwater beach on the gulf of Mexico(voted #1 beach in the us in 2013)

Home away from home
I chose this location because I will be relocating to Florida and I was evaluating properties. Proximity to several beaches was great, shopping close by, other attractions such as the Clearwater Aquarium and Botanical Gardens as well. It was the right size for a single person or a couple, all the amenities were included. The pool was very relaxing and plenty of lounge chairs. A great value for the renatal price.

The bed was fine for one person but terrible for two. It caved in toward the middle. You could not tell by looking but you definitely felt it while sleeping, so I slept on the couch for the whole stay. The toilet clogged several times during our stay but thankfully there was a plunger. Huge clock on the wall stuck on wrong time. Very strict rules about towels, trash, dishes, furniture, and AC with FINES attached for noncompliance. No freebies like bath soap, shampoo, laundry soap provided. Someone tried to enter the unit without even knocking or announcing themselves. Apparently it was the cleaning service. They were told our check out was day. The host apologized but it was frightening to hear someone messing with the lock and door handle while we were inside. About the only positives were that the AC worked well and it only took 10 minutes to get to Clearwater Beach. I don’t think i would stay here next time

Perfect location & great pool!
Very much enjoyed staying here! The host was so responsive to our questions, the pool is beautiful and big. The unit was stocked with mostly everything we needed. The best part was the location. There’s a Dollar store & grocery store is across the street and a couple of restaurants within walking distance. The beach is a short drive away.

Great Little Condo in a Great Location!
We stayed here after being displaced from hurricane Ian. We were pleasantly surprised with the unit. Unit was clean and kitchen stocked with basic items needed. It was really nice having a washer/dryer inside the unit since we stayed here for 2 weeks. Location couldn't have been better for the price. Couple restaurants walking distance and 5 min drive to Clearwater Beach. Owner was quick to reply to any inquiry. If I could give one suggestion. Get a platform bed frame, very inexpensive on Amazon. The bed was so bouncy any movement you woke up your partner and you could feel the springs from the box spring. I would come back again!
