Summary: The Grove is a quiet retreat in the heart of Delray Beach! A tropical setting steps from the beach, shopping and dining. The Grove a single story private residence. Stay a week, a month or relax :) :)
Space. Fully furnished, clean and comfortable. We have free Wi-Fi and parking. All units open to a spacious courtyard with tables and umbrellas. Also a 15'x40' heated swimming pool with lounge chairs.
Inter actions: There is an office on property- the office hours are Tuesday-Saturday 10 am-6 pm. If you need anything like- extra towels /beach chairs/blow or have any questions or concerns there will be someone to help you out. There is also maintenance staff on property Monday- Friday 9am-5pm, and a property manager who you can call after hours if you have any questions.

Great location, friendly people

Loved the location, property itself was “tired”. Wouldn’t take a whole lot to improve. I found the dressers very frustrating. The beds were comfortable but frames made terrible noises. Living room was somewhat updated but the bedrooms were rough.

Great spot

You'll love the place and the location is amazing. Neat, clean and perfect spot for a beach vacation. If you like to walk, then you don't need a rental car. If you need a big trip just Uber!

Great location!

The apartment is nice and located on a quiet street, very close to the beach and walking distance from downtown Delray. We had a great time! The reasons I cannot give a better rating for the property are due to two (minor) issues we encountered: 1) When we arrived the property seemed to have had the thermostat on the high end and the rooms "smelled" a bit. We needed to buy some air fresheners and run the ceiling fans to take care of the issue. 2) We found cockroaches in one of the bathrooms and in one of the rooms. We let the manager know about the second issue and he acted promptly and took care of it. A pest control company came, did "their thing" and the pest problem was gone. Overall, I would recommend the property to anyone!

Nice and affordable place in a very good location.

Due to plumbing issues, we had to stay in another unit than the one we had originally booked. It didn't matter though, because the one we got was similar. The unit was clean and had everything thing you needed. The location is great. Just a block away from the beach and a short walk to downtown Delray.

Location! Location!

We really enjoyed our stay at the Grove condo. The location was perfect! it is literally 1 block walk to the beach, A1A, restaurants and Atlantic Avenue shops. The condo is perfect for a family of 4 with 2 bedrooms, 2 full bathrooms, family room to hang out, and well equipped kitchen. We could rent chairs and umbrellas on the beach or just hang out by our own pool. I would give it 5 stars if it had a view, but would definitely stay again :-)

Awesome Location!

Loved the location... perfect fir walking beaching eating drinking... condos outside area well maintained and peaceful... our condo was clean ... but could use a little updating with deco and furniture. Consudering we were not there to sit and entertain it wirked out quite well. I would definitely stay at the grove again

Heart of Delray

The property is in a great location with walking distance to shopping and 2 blocks to the beach. The size was perfect for 4 adults and the pool was a bonus! I would recommend this property for the money!
