Enjoy your stay in this Beautiful newly renovated duplex. It has 2 bedrooms 1.5 baths and a basement which includes a table with some assorted board games, foosball table and a tv with a variety of arcade games to play.
Very warm, welcoming, and spiritually uplifting.
Location is just 1.6 miles away from the Ark Encounter. Restaurants, shopping, and groceries just a couple miles away as well.
Just a note : All Bedrooms are located upstairs along with the full bathroom with shower. The stairs leading to upper level are steep and may be difficult for people who have mobility issues.

Ark encounter

Amazing place! Very clean! Very well maintained! Awesome owners who respond quickly and are very sweet and friendly! The place is very roomy! Quiet and nice and very homey feeling! If you want to stay somewhere and feel at home i highly recommend this place!!!! I could of just stayed in the apartment the whole time and been thrilled! Definitely will be staying here again! Worked perfect for 4 adults and still could of fit another couple in with plenty of room! Would be perfect for a family whose on vaction or even just a couple! Plenty of stores close bye!

We walked into a home away from home. The owners were generous with all the toiletries and even had coffee in the cupboard. Our family was comfortable which made our vist to the Ark the grand adventure we hoped for The Dollar General only minutes down the road had everything we need .We plan a return stay .Thanks again.

This was such a beautiful place to stay! It seems small, but it’s super cozy and awesome for anyone, whether a family, a group of friends, or even just a couple. Also, the hosts were wonderful and super friendly. Would definitely stay again!

Great home base for visiting the area!

We really enjoyed our stay - it was the perfect location for us to spend time at the Ark Encounter and the Creation Museum. Very convenient. Great place to stay!

Everything we needed

Nice and clean place with all the comforts of home, quiet neighborhood, very close to the Ark Encounter. Our son enjoyed the video game system. We would definitely recommend!

Visit The Ark

Perfect location for the Ark. Home was very well stocked and clean. There is a side A & B the people renting beside us had kids that you could hear all through out the night running I mentioned this to the owner after the fact they said had I let them know during they would have contacted them so just FYI if you find yourself in this position.Also not sure if it is mentioned in the description that both bedrooms and master bath is located upstairs wasn’t an issue for us another FYI.I would highly recommend this home and when I go back in a couple years I will book this home if available

We were very pleased with everything during our stay. We had one small, extremely minor issue. It was taken care of quickly and easily. Jacob and his wife were very quick to reply. Would stay again.

Great location/disappointed with the inside AND properly manager

Getting rite to the point.To sum it up: keyless entry code was never sent. Arrived at 11p.m could not get in. I tried the code that i thought was code but was not. I had angry neighbors becauae i tried there place too. Wife/kids in car after 7hr drive. I called/emailed/texted manager with no luck. Finally found a # which was VRbO or someone that called the manager.She finally asnwered and said sorry because she was asleep.🙄. Cranky kids/wife going thru chemo just wanted to go to bed. Got inside, it smelled humid/moldy. Pulled out bottim bed and found a sock tissue and a bed bug.YAY! Petting zoo wasnt mentioned in description. Grabbed a blanket that smelled like feet. Good thing we took our blankets. That pretty much sums it up. I had a longer detailed story but couldn't fit it all. Area was decent for the Ark but probably wont stay there again. If you are the property manager and you arent making yourself available to answer a call, you should probably try doing something else. I bought fabreeze spay and spayed everything. Also bug spray. Thankfully I didnt get beaten up by the neighbors when i tried getting into there place when mine wasnt opening. I thought id trynext door since my door wasn't opening. Thankfully they noticed that i was entering too many #'s. You are supposed to get the code a few days or the day of, which was never sent to me. Could've given me some kind of credit for the inconvenience. into the niteinto the

The house was exactly what we were looking for, convenient to our destination, the communication with the host was excellent, the property was easy to find, amenities were nice, the grandkids loved the game room, all areas af the house were clean and pleasantly decorated, check in and out were easy and expectations were simple and direct, beds upstairs were comfortable, kitchen was stocked better than expected, we were more than pleased with the property, the only complaint is the sofa bed, while the couch was comfortable the bed was not, the frames springs were stretched causing the mattress to have large dips, Again if you don’t need the sofa bed the rest of the property was perfectly for our vacation

Great location for The Ark Encounter

Clean and comfortable. Jacob responded quickly to our questions, and even came over in person to let us in when our VRBO code wouldn’t work and Verizon wasn’t working either. The kitchen is well-supplied with cooking essentials like salt/pepper, sugar, coffee, etc. The beds were comfortable. Overall, this was a great facility

Ideal Location!

If you are in town to see the Ark, there is not a better location! Beautiful quiet neighborhood, easy drive to many local restaurants and the Ark, and very comfortable house to stay in. We would definitely stay here again if we are in the area!

Even though the place is obviously older, it was decorated so cute! We loved the Bible scriptures on the walls and the color schemes of the rooms. The only thing I would suggest is that you provide a blanket for the kingsize bed because using only the sheet wasn't enough and using the comforter was too much. The quilt that was provided was too heavy but a light blanket would be perfect. We totally enjoyed our stay there.

Incredibly charming

This was a great place to stay as we visited the Creation Museum and Ark Encounter. It was so cozy, and everything about the house was aesthetically pleasing. The basement game room was a blast, and my kids loved that you could write on the wall.. Very thoughfully planned as a relaxing home-away-from-home.
