About this property

The house is located in a small town with all facilities within a walking distance. Montpellier is 15km away as well as Sète, a typical town with canals. The beach is located a 15 min drive and it is very nice as they are large and the access is easy with parking spaces nearby.

Cournonterral is a historical Provence style town with old church, ramparts and it s surrounded by vineyards everywhere which allow you to take outsanding walks and bike/horse rides.

You will be a 3 min walk to the main square of the town and 10 min walk from the nearest supermarket and gas station with also many facilities such as ATM, cafés, hairdresser's...

I am sure you will enjoy this place for a comfortable holiday. The house is designed for this with 1000m2 in total and the house is 150m2.
You can park several cars after passing the gate. Then you will enjoy 2 floors, the 1st one with a veranda, a large living room, kitchen, a bathroom and a studio. Upstairs there are 3 comfortable bedrooms with a nice view on both sides and independant terraces.

Outside a large swimming pool helps to refresh near the terrace and a cosy garden to bring some shadow.
You will also find a garage to store some things is needed.
