New Private Pool will be added during the spring of 2025 creating the perfect home for resting and relaxing. This modern beach house is on a quiet street with private beach access only 100 yards away. This is the perfect spot for your family's next vacation. Open, inverted floor plan that is cozy for 6 guests. Features include a large fenced backyard with a private pool, two spacious decks (front and back) with back being fully enclosed, covered parking with picnic table and grill, TV's in all rooms, high-speed WIFI, ceiling fans in all bedrooms, washer/dryer, dishwasher, fully stocked kitchen, and outdoor shower. Beach access located between 1105 & 1109 OBW.
Bed Linens (Beds in Bedrooms only (Beds made on arrival), Towels and Bath Mats are provided for Weekly Rentals only.
