Seated directly on Sol's Pond is this private 3 bedroom (sleeping 8), 3 bath home. It has central A/C and an expansive back deck with incredible waterfront views, allowing you to enjoy some of the best sunsets Cape Cod has to offer. The outside area has seating for six (with 2 extra chairs in the cellar to provide seating for 8), gas grill and umbrella; along with a few sun loungers for your comfort. You also have association access to Blueberry Pond next door.
This comfortable home is ideal for a summer get-away. The living, dining, sitting area has cathedral ceilings, skylight windows, brick fireplace and 2 ceiling fans. The completely renovated kitchen is fully-equipped with stainless steel appliance and is open with views from just about everywhere (New pictures will be provided soon). This area is open to the dining room and oversized living room beyond. The central A/C will keep everyone cool throughout the home. The primary bedroom with king bed and private bath is upstairs. Also upstairs is Bedroom #2 with 1 Full Bed & 2 Twins and a second private bath. Bedroom #3 is on the first floor with a king bed and a bathroom located outside between the bedroom door and entrance foyer. The washer & dryer are located in the basement. There is also a walk-out with a slider so you can easily store your bikes, canoes or kayaks during your visit. Sol's Pond is a fresh water pond that is not used for swimming but non-motor boats are welcome.

Smoking is not permitted. Tenants are not allowed to bring pets. Bed sheets, Pillowcases and Towels are provided.
