Welcome to the “Holiday House at Schlosspark,” an ideal retreat for families or groups seeking a relaxing stay in Berlin. Spanning 180 m², the house offers modern comfort and space for up to 8 people.

Spacious Living and High-Quality Furnishings
The ground floor impresses with a spacious living room (30 m²), featuring a cozy seating area and a 75-inch Smart TV. The bay window with a dining area accommodates up to 8 people, perfect for shared meals. The fully equipped kitchen leaves nothing to be desired: induction cooktop, an oven at a convenient height, a fridge-freezer combination with 3 large freezer compartments, as well as a built-in washing machine and dishwasher, making cooking and household management easy and comfortable.

Bedrooms and Bathrooms
On the ground floor, you’ll find a generous bedroom with a comfortable double bed (1.80 m) and a sliding door wardrobe. The ground-floor bathroom is equipped with high-quality sanitary fixtures from Villeroy & Boch and Grohe, featuring a shower, towel radiator, and a radio for added comfort.

Upstairs, there are three more bedrooms: two with two single beds each and walk-in wardrobes, and the large master bedroom with another double bed and a very spacious wardrobe. The second bathroom on the upper floor impresses with a bathtub and shower.

Technical Equipment
The holiday house is equipped with state-of-the-art smart home technology: All rooms have satellite TV and Sonos sound systems. The entire house is heated by underfloor heating. Electric shutters and insect protection screens provide added comfort and privacy.

Sehr liebevoll eingerichtetes Haus, altes und neues charmant kombiniert. Alles vorhanden und sehr sauber. Die technischen Geräte haben alle gut funktioniert. Wunderbar ruhige Lage und trotzdem zentral gelegen zwischen Berlin Mitte und Müggelsee. Besonders gut ist die Anbindung zur Stadtmitte, die S Bahn ist zwei 2 min ums Eck. Wir waren sehr zufrieden.

Supertolles Haus

Wir waren eine Gruppe aus zwei Familien. Dafür, oder für Freunde ist das Haus perfekt. Tolle Räumlichkeiten. Beste Ausstattung. Fünf Fußminuten vom Bahnhof entfernt und von da in ca 15 - 20 Minuten am Alex. Einkaufsmöglichkeiten und Restaurants fußläufig in der Nähe. Einzige Kritikpunkte sind, dass im kleinen Bad wenig Ablagemöglichkeiten sind und dass es etwas staubig war (staubig, nicht schmutzig! ), z.B. im Kleiderschrank, Spinnweben an den Lampen und Decken und Bildern, aber wirklich nur Staub, kein Schmutz. Das ist aber Jammern auf höchstem Niveau. Die Küche ist super ausgestattet, sogar mit scharfen Messern, Waschmaschine und Spülmaschine. Sollten wir wieder mit Freunden nach Berlin fahren, dn werden wir hier sicher anfragen. Diese Unterkunft ist absolut empfehlenswert. Für die Kommunikation mit der Agentur kann ich nur einen Stern geben, da ging nichts. Dafür war es aber eine sehr gute Kommunikation mit der Vermieterin.

Geheimtipp für große Familien oder Gruppen

Wir haben hier eine tolle Woche mit 6 Erwachsenen verbracht, die gemeinsam eine Weiterbildung absolviert haben. So ruhig und großzügig und schön, bei gleichzeitiger super Verkehrsanbindung ( 5min zur S Bahn) kann man in Berlin kaum wohnen.

Un bon séjour et une belle maison

Nous sommes passés cinq jours dans cette maison et ça s’est vraiment bien passé. C’était très bien situé, pas trop cher et extrêmement propre. Il y avait une gare tout près, ce qui était très pratique. Les lits étaient comfortable et il y avait un salon où nous nous sommes relaxés le soir. En général, nous avons passé un excellent séjour.

Rundherum gelungene Reise

Nicht nur das Ferienhaus war durchaus gelungen, auch das Wetter spielte mit. Sehr positiv ist der nahegelegene S- Bahnhof. Von hier sind nahezu alle Ziele in Berlin erreichbar . Wir konnten das Auto die ganze Woche stehen lassen.

Vielen Dank an die Gastgeber, tolle Kommunikation,- ging auf Sonderünsche ein (Angaben, welche Betten neue Matratzen enthalten, wegen Rückenschmerzen; - auf Wunsch gegen geringe Gebühr alle Betten bezogen). Sehr schönes Ferienhaus

Wir haben mit 5 Erwachsenen, einem Säugling und einem Kleinkind Urlaub gemacht. Das Haus hatte die perfekte Größe und eine gute Raumaufteilung für uns. Das Ferienhaus hat uns sehr gut gefallen, es war genauso, wie im Inserat beschrieben bzw auf den Fotos zu sehen. Es ist modern und durchdacht eingerichtet. Die Übergaben waren sehr unkompliziert und somit sehr gut. In der Nähe des Hauses befindet sich neben der Bahnstation und dem Schloss auch ein schöner Spielplatz.

Schönes gepflegtes Haus mit einem Wermutstropfen...

das (nach Angabe des Vermieters) über 100 Jahre alte Haus wurde 2016 umfangreich saniert, bis auf die Fassaden und Außenanlagen und macht einen sehr guten Eindruck ! Allerdings empfanden wir das Temperatur-Niveau im Haus (Fußbodenheizung mit Nachtabsenkung) bei den vorherrschenden Außentemperaturen von ca. 12-16°C tags und ca. 6-12°C nachts als deutlich zu gering. Leider ist der Vermieter unserem Wunsch nach einer Erhöhung nicht nachgekommen, was bei uns zu einem Punkteabzug führt...

Beautiful home in beautiful, quiet area.

We loved every minute of our time in this lovely, 4 bedroom, 2 bathroom home. The heated floors were wonderful. The train station is just a 10 minute walk to take you into Berlin. The grocery store, Kaufland, is a 5 minute drive, endless selection of everything. The house is in a peaceful area, the massive Tier park/zoo is a short drive away and well worth a visit.

sehr empfehlenswertes Ferienhaus

Wir (3 Erwachsene und 2 Kinder) hatten das Ferienhaus für eine Woche im Juni 2022 gemietet. Die Fotos bei fewo waren schon toll, das Original war dann noch besser. Die Ausstattung war sehr modern und lässt keine Einrichtungswünsche offen. Zudem sind im Garten ein Tisch und 8 Stühle, die zum Essen oder einfach zum Chillen einladen. Das Haus ist keine 5 Minuten von der S-Bahnstation Biesdorf entfernt und dann ist man in ca. 20-30 Minuten in der Innenstadt. Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt und würden gerne wiederkommen.

Geweldige vakantiewoning

Perfect gelegen vakantiehuis dicht bij S-bahn en een goed Grieks restaurant. Van alle gemakken voorzien. Zeer ruime kamers. Komen graag nog een keer terug bij een volgende bezoek aan deze geweldige stad.

Ein großes Haus mit einem schönen Garten in einer ruhigen Straße. Guter Kontakt vor und während des Aufenthaltes. Die S-Bahn nach Berlin Centrum ist 3 Gehminuten entfernt. Nicht ganz billig, aber den Preis wert!

Super Lage, ruhig und trotzdem schnell im Zentrums

Schön ausgestattetes Ferienhaus. Wir waren mit fünf Personen, es gab ausreichend Platz. Die Küche sehr gut eingerichtet, keine Wünsche blieben offen. Es hat uns sehr gut gefallen.

Ruhige Oase in Berlin

Wir hatten einen sehr schönen und entspannten Aufenthalt in Berlin. Das Ferienhaus hat eine grosszügige Raumaufteilung und war wirklich sehr gut ausgestattet. Der grosse Garten bietet jede Menge Möglichkeiten zu grillen, essen und spielen, auch wenn wir diese nicht hinreichend genutzt haben. Super war die S-Bahn Anbindung. Man hat ca. 4min. zu Fuss zur S5. Wir haben unseren Aufenthalt sehr genossen und können das Ferienhaus uneingeschränkt weiterempfehlen.
