Private jacuzzi outside main bedroom, modern furniture, fully equipped kitchen, communal swimming pool and Lounge area on terrace.

Visit the ruins, go to the parks or just relax in Tulum Beach Protected Area.
Oxxo store is within 5 min walk, and large supermarket 5 min by car. There is one Restaurant within 1-2 min walk. Shopping, beach access and more restaurants 5-10 min by car.
Important: This is the first phase of 3 of Condo construction, so the area is under development and some building noises can be heard during the day.
