This is a clean, well decorated condo with a pool set among huge live oaks. A great location for anything you would want on your vacation. 1/2 mile to East Beach. Also close to Massengale Park, a beachfront public park on Ocean Boulevard with swings, big shade trees, grills and picnic tables. A great place for kids!
About a mile from The Village with great Shopping and Restaurants.
Unit sleeps 6. King size bed in master bedroom. 2nd bedroom has a queen and a full size bed. 3 TV's and WIFI.

Family vacation

We brought our family to stay, it was clean, accurate pictures. We had a great time here. Decorations were cute and on theme for a beach condo. It was close to lots of restaurants and the beach!

Me and my 3 friends took a girls trip and this was the perfect place for us! The condo was overall pretty clean and it was nice and spacious! We had a great time and would definitely stay again.

Weekend Getaway

Our trip was great! Had a bit of an issue with the hot water, but we were credited back a portion of our fee for compensation by the owner! Our son also left his Apple Watch there and the owner contacted us to let us know that he was mailing it to us!! We would definitely stay again!

Easy to get to everything on St Simon’s Island

We missed that both bedrooms were upstairs, which was a bit of a challenge… but we managed and were comfortable in this townhouse that is near East Beach and the many restaurants. We drove everywhere and parking was easy and free.

Clean and comfy condo

This was a great place to stay for a quick weekend in St. Simons. About a 5 minute drive to the beach, or 15 minute walk. With coffee shops, restaurants, parks and playgrounds also nearby. We were very comfortable there and it had everything we needed. We would stay there again!

Amazing Stay at St. Simons!

The property was very nice. Perfect for our family of 3! It was clean, spacious, close to everything we wanted to do. The beaches were close, close to the pier, villages and all the good food! Check in/Check out was easy, the owners were great with communication. 10/10!! We look forward to staying here again!

Great stay for family of 4

We had a great stay at Island Townhouse! The condo was perfect for my family of 4. Weather wasn’t great, but still a lot to do around the island and only a 10-12 minute walk to the beach! Steve provided everything we needed to know and condo had everything we needed. Will be back!

Just the two o us

It was just as advertised. Very clean and well maintained on the inside. it was perfect for the two of us. Everything was within a .5 to 1 mile of location; easy to get to. We are older so we enjoyed all the history of the Golden Isles. Visited the beach early morning and later in the evening. Found a good many sand dollars. Very affordable as well

Father's Day Golf outing

Everything about this home is warm and welcoming. Clean and very cozy as well!! Amazing location next to beaches, places to eat and play golf as well. The owners were awesome as well and very quick to respond with a question. Great value for your money. Would highly recommend this place and hope to come back soon!!
