Urlaub in Verbania
Die Ausstattung war zufriedenstellend, uns fehlte es an nichts. Mit 10 Personen wäre die Wohnung definitiv zu klein, es war so mit 5 Erwachsenen und 2 Kindern schon sehr eng. Auf vorhandene Schäden wurde ich im Vorfeld unterrichtet und vor Ort festgestellte habe ich der Vermieterin mitgeteilt. Ich hatte nicht den Eindruck, dass gemeldete Schäden repariert werden. So war einiges am Mobiliar nicht in Ordnung. Die Waschmaschine und der zweite Kühlschrank waren schwer zu finden, da sich beides in einer Nische im Bad befand. Die Benutzung war dementsprechend unbequem und für ältere Menschen unzumutbar. Der Pool war direkt vor der Haustür, der Strand war leider beschwerlicher ( besonders mit kleinen Kindern) zu erreichen. Der Ausblick vom Balkon war wunderschön und genau wie beschrieben.

Ganz ok
Mit 4 Kindern im Kinderzimmer (2 Stockbetten) und ohne Klima zu heiss. Kinderzimmer hat kein richtiges Fenster. Die Wohnung war einigermassen sauber. Sehr schöne Aussicht. Vermieter sehr nett und hilfsbereit.

Schöne Wohnung für Familien
Die Wohnung war für eine Familie mit 3 Schlafzimmern gut geeignet. Ausstattung war insgesamt gut, ein paar kleine Mängel gab es, aber die waren vorher bekannt. Sehr schöner Blick vom Balkon auf den See. Strategisch günstig gelegen. Preis Leistung passte gut. Gut geeignet für bis 7 Personen.

Etwas überdekoriert, wenig freies Schrankvolumen. Hauptkleiderschrank mit Einsturzgefahr wurde nicht verschwiegen.
