La casa se encuentra completamente amueblada, cuenta con alberca compartida. Dentro del fraccionamiento hay una laguna artificial de 3 hectáreas donde se pueden realizar deportes acuáticos, kayak, velero, lanchas de pedales. Juegos para niños, pista para correr etc..
