Natural stone house with character at the foot of the Cevennes
Natural stone house with character in the Herault region.
A small gem in a quiet, secluded location with a beautiful view of the foothills of the Cévennes.
Avène with its beautiful extensive reservoir and Avené le Bains with its magnificent spa
and swimming pool are about 2 km from our village. Here are shops, 1 hotel and 2 restaurants. In summer there are numerous events for tourists.
The house has the following premises:
Living room with fireplace, kitchen, shower with sink and toilet, terrace, upstairs there are 2 bedrooms and a toilet with sink. There is also space for outdoor seating and a sunbathing area.
Please note: The house has no heating and therefore can not be rented from October to mid-April!
