So…
In order to try and help guests understand OUR pricing, I thought it might be helpful to put our IDYLL RENTALS prices for a seven night stay, ALL IN, including pool and hot tub heat taxes and end of stay cleaning etc.… range from $1795 a week low season up to $3775 to Super Peak (which is the Christmas New Years’ time) … We do have daily and monthly rates as well.
We try always to be fair to the guest and find the vrbo /ha price quoting engine to be very buggy. PLEASE feel free to contact us for rate clarifications at ANY time.

Cancellation/Hurricanes: If you cancel your reservation for any reason you are entitled to a refund of your payments to us, less a cancellation fee of $250.00, provided that (1) for any rental including days from the “Independence Day", "Easter/Spring Break", "Memorial Day", "Thanksgiving", or "Christmas" time frames, you cancel 180 days in advance of your check-in date, or (2) for all other rental time frames, you cancel 90 days or more in advance of your check-in date. There are no refunds for cancellations made outside of these time frames. If you think trip cancellation is a possibility for any reason, we strongly recommend purchasing "Trip Cancellation Insurance", which is available through most travel agents, insurance agents, or sites on the Internet. There are no refunds due to weather conditions, including hurricane evacuations, because Trip Cancellation Insurance is now available and very affordable. We strongly recommend that trip cancellation insurance is purchased. We can refer you to several possible sources of trip insurance, if needed. Every single place we have traveled to within the last ten years has required prepayment in full, 90 days in advance, with no cancellation possible, even for hurricanes and cyclones. We obtained trip insurance on each occasion, and it has provided a great deal of peace of mind for very low cost.
The Idyll Mouse Four is a four bedroom, three bath luxury rental house (at a terrific rate) with private heated pool and stand alone hot tub, located just three miles from Disney World, in Kissimmee Florida (and within an easy drive to Sea World / Universal and beautiful beaches are but 70 minutes away):

Word of advice... calling the booking assistance number noted on the top right side takes you to someone that knows nothing about our property and will not be able to answer questions about our property...We have unique and special homes and simply love sharing the houses with folks through renting them... We tell people quite honestly that we want you to feel like you are using the well-appointed home of an absent friend... Having been doing this for so long, we know that the best way to make sure that the houses are a good fit for the guest AND that the guest feels comfortable with us and the rental process, we have ALWAYS talked to a first-time guest on the phone…. I mean, this is a big commitment of your hard earned money time- and NO WAY should you have anything BUT a stellar vacation trip---and on the other hand you are staying in our real live vacation home that we have put our heart and soul into, and it is important to us that the house gets taken care of- (we have had MARVELOUS results over the years talking to folks the first time- and our guests are very happy too because they feel like they get to know us too)

THE HOUSE: Flat screen televisions are featured throughout. The house also includes a breakfast area in the kitchen. The great room has a dining area and features comfy seating around a flat screen TV. There is a large game room as well. The lanai by the pool and of course, the backyard is completely fenced around the pool area with tall white brand new privacy fence. The main living areas feature wood floors and the bedrooms are all lovely Berber carpet. MAster bedroom is hard floor now. For keeping house, there is a washer /dryer and we supply a vacuum and mop and Sweeper, brooms.

QUALITY: As with all of our homes, we feature feather beds on the master beds, luxury 100% very high thread count all cotton sateen linens on the beds (with both down AND foam pillow choices provided) , large pool towels, monogrammed robes and Philosophy amenities. We supply laundry soap, dish washing supplies, cleaning products and trash bags. I really can't stand believe it when I rent a vacation home for my family , and there are not even enough towels for each person to have one a piece! -Well, you don't have to worry about that here with us! We make 100% sure that you have piles of beautiful fluffy towels for your use during your stay. For the baby, there is a high chair, two strollers, pack n play.

REVIEWS: This house now has three reviews (as it is brand new) BUT please look at the reviews for our other rental properties!
