Great location, but a little tired
The location was great, ski in ski out. The inside was clean and functional. The overall condition of the furniture was okay, but starting to see some signs of wear. Overall I would recommend.

Quick night before kids ski club
We stay friday nights often to make it easier tomget to Breck Bombers ski club with kids in the am in saturday. This place was a fine crashpad- its clean but basic and needs some upkeep but worked for us. I texted them a list of things that need fixed/arent functional- like having to use books to keep the tv cabinet doors open to watch the tv as they just close as soon as u open them. A broken chair needs remived before somebody falls and they need to stock kitchen with basics like salt and pepper and sugar. The mattress in pull out couch is at end if life and very lumpy- wouldnt put anyone but kids on that. It was fine for our needs and right next to snowflake chairlift which we didnt need as kids meet their ski club elsewhere but very close to snowflake.

Great location, basic condo
The location is perfect next to the Snowflake lift and ski rentals. The condo has a small kitchen but functions fine for small meals. The only gripe is some dead batteries for the remotes.

Great Location for Easy Mountain Access with Excellent Amenities!
We have been staying at Riverbend for about 20 years for one week during March. We love the studios as there is plenty of room, excellent galley kitchen, and easy access to Snowflake Lift. This unit has all the amenities for the kitchen with a great convection oven and cookware. The bed was comfy. We liked the location close to the spa. It was great.

Great location for running & biking trails
The condo is small and basic but who goes to Breckenridge to stay inside? Very close to so many running/hiking/biking trails. Close to downtown. Easy access with the underground parking garage. There were some signs the condo wasn’t thoroughly cleaned, though. Candy wrappers under the bed, dead flies or bees in the carpet, the pillows didn’t have big enough cases and they were grungy. But overall it was fine for a short stay.

Just enough to get by
We didn’t love much. It was a convenient location but the room left a lot to be desired. The window was broken. The tv by the bed did not work. The satellite tv didn’t work either. The beds were terrible. The toilet not being by the shower is just weird.

Mold!
This place has mold in several places in the bathroom. They sent me a text & asked about cleanliness, I sent them all the info. No response. I called the number, very long wait times & no help. I replied to VRBO messages & no one has replied whatsoever. Dissatisfied.

Great ski in and ski out location.
Ideally located to ski lifts and ski rental and walking distance to village where you can grab a bite to eat and shop. The condo itself says it’s for 4 persons but really it fits a couple comfortably, 4 would be tight.

Great Place, Awful Communication
The communication was absolutely lacking. The host company was completely unreachable both before and during the entire stay. It also seems a bit silly that place that sleeps 4 only offers one parking pass.

Location is great but that’s its
I’m not one to give bad reviews or complain but this had to be shared. This property is owned by a corporation who clearly doesn’t care about the QUALITY of this condo/room. The location was the best part as well as the heated garage but that’s about it. The room is dark and dreary and everything is extremely outdated. The rugs are pretty nasty in the hallway and bathrooms. I’m surprised that there are not many reviews about the beds, though. I’m not sure how 4 people would stay there with one queen bed that’s hard as a rock with sand paper sheets and twin size comforter. Same for the pull out couch- you sleep with the bar in the middle of your back b/c the bed is so thin and the sheets and “comforter” are itchy and don’t keep you warm. The bathroom(s) are just okay- the lighting is not that great and the shower head is awful. The water pressure is so strong that it feels like little needles poking you and it sprays all over where you can’t even wash your face. Lastly, the kitchen was pretty cramped, no space for groceries but it was convenient for what we needed with our short stay.

PERFECT LOCATION
This spot is the perfect place to come for a quick trip. It was 4 guys so it was a little tight on space but it worked perfect for a last minute trip. Had it been just 2 people I could’ve stayed for a week. Literally 20 steps away and you’re at the snowflake lift and the Breckenridge ski pass and ski and board rental office. Couldn’t beat the price or location.

Great location
This is a great location for skiing. It’s literally just a few feet from the lift in the morning. The underground parking was a huge plus. The place was small, but had everything we needed. It was clean and organized.

Building great, this unit is poorly maintained
The location and building amenities were fantastic (hot tubs, heated garage, ski lockers). This unit is poorly maintained. A few specific issues we had are listed below. Any of these on their own would be fine, but combined they leave you underwhelmed about returning. Broken blinds Fireplace didn't work (instructions said push on button, but that did nothing) Living room lights above fireplace didn't work Bathroom had a light out and a few very dim bulbs Screen from window sitting in living room Bedroom TV didn't work with anything but random DVDs Parking pass wasn't valid, building threatened to tow car... phone numbers listed on parking pass and email didn't work to resolve situation; eventually called vacasa HQ to take care of it Shower drips constantly No blanket for sofa bed (sheets only)

Unit #119 - Needs new cleaning crew
What we loved - close to the lift, close to the laundry, ice maker, and hot tubs. Rented our ski gear from Charter Sports at the base of Snowflake lift and they aloud us to leave our skis there at each night. No hauling your skis around. We did have a maintenance issue that Vacasa resolved. Check in/out was a breeze. Short walk to down town so close to the shops. What we didn't like - This place was filthy! We had to wash any cooking utensil, dish, etc before we used it. The kitchen table had something sticky on it. I took a Clorx wipe to it and the cloth was soiled terribly. All of the tile floors needed to be moped and the rugs looked like they had never been washed. Since close to the outdoor hot tub, it can get loud as it is right outside your door but closes at 10 so no all night noise. We feel like Vacasa needs to hire a new cleaning crew for this property. We think the only thing they touched from the previous guests was changing the sheets and replacing the towels. Also, if you drive a bigger vehicle (suburban/truck) the parking garage is not made for you. There was only one spot that we could park in order to get our truck of the garage due to the tight turns and small parking spaces.
