The only negative things I can say are that the refrigerator makes an annoying sound that really gets old and the parking situation is very inconvenient. Otherwise, it’s a great property.

Bare Bones Stay
This is a great location to the will Rogers complex and with improved management would be a repeat place to stay. We didn’t get any arrival instructions and had to contact the owner at 11pm because it doesn’t have a key code type of entry like other homes we have stayed in. We called the owner with no answer and then text and got a quick reply. We had already found the key. They sent us the arrival instructions the next morning. A previous review warned of the cleanliness of the home but we chanced it was a one-off as the review indicated it just needed a sweep and a dusting. It seemed clean when we walked in but the beds had pet hair and dirt on them. The comforters didn’t have duvet covers and didn’t appear to be washed regularly. The beds were not comfortable and we didn’t use the bunk room, which had brown packing tape holding down the flooring on the steps leading into it. The fridge seemed new and was clean but had a water and ice dispenser that didn’t work, yet constantly opened and closed like it was trying to function. Basically an older home with a thin, new coat of paint, some new fixtures, cheap beds and unclean linens. When we went to wash the towels per the check out instructions, we found sheets still in the washer that had been left there before our arrival. There were a couple bottles of detergent on the floor without lids, but we used our own. Just a little extra effort on this home would go a long way.
The floors were not thoroughly swept and I have pictures of the three dirt piles after sweeping. Ceiling Fans were not cleaned at all other than that, it was a nice stay wonderful accommodations as well.
This property was absolutely horrible and nothing compared to the advertisement other than the location. Restroom was filthy, kitchen oven was dirty, linens were stained and had hair on them. There were roaches and dead bugs on the walls and ceilings. Broken closets and doors, laundry area was filthy with items left in the dryer. Ultimately on our 2nd day we were visited by a City of Fort Worth compliance officer informing us that our stay was illegal and there is an ordinance against short stay rentals in that area. This was extremely uncomfortable. I would not recommend this rental to anyone.
