Beautiful and modern 2 bedroom/1 bath home located in Bar Harbor Maine. This waterfront home is located at the end of a gravel drive on Mount Desert Narrows.

This contemporary and clean, 2nd floor, open concept living area is equipped with all the modern conveniences. The open kitchen, dining and living areas make this a perfect place for families to relax after a busy day of exploring. The comfortable queen sized beds are the perfect ending to a perfect day.

Just 10 mins from Acadia National Park visitors center and 15 mins to Bar Harbor town center, you will enjoy privacy yet convenience to all Mount Desert Island has to offer.

Mount Desert Narrows is home to many different types of wildlife. Ranging from birds to seals you never know what you might see. A short 5 min drive will take you to Hadley Point Beach, a favorite among locals to cool off on hot summer days or a quiet place to watch the sunrise.

Bike, canoe and kayak rentals are just minutes away as well as lobster pounds, winery's, fine restaurants and shopping.

Getting around the island is easy using the free island explorer bus service. There are also several local taxi companies and seasonal Uber service.

Awesome house

Great house, right on the water. Bryan made the entire process seamless. Very close to downtown Bar Harbor and kayak rentals. House was clean and very comfortable.

Beautiful home and property!

My husband and I were pleasantly surprised when we opened the door to this place. It is so much nicer than even the pictures shows – we immediately fell in love! The house itself is clean, and updated. The location is exactly what we were looking for. It is down a gravel drive way - very secluded and sits just off the water. The house does need a lot of landscaping, but the pictures showed that so I did expect it. We did have a car, which I think was necessary – but everything was close, no more than 10-15 minutes away (Bar Harbor, dining, shopping, Acadia). We could not stop talking about this place and would absolutely stay here again!

Lovely!

Immaculate, beautiful home, tucked away in the woods with a spectacular sunset view over the water. Great location from which to explore Acadia. Peaceful and quiet - just lovely!

Beautiful home and location

My wife, 10 month old daughter and I had a wonderful time in Bar Harbor staying at this property. It is a beautiful modern home with full amenities and is located on a very nice secluded property with waterfront. It was super quiet at night which was exactly what we were looking for. 15 minutes from Bar Harbor and 10 minutes from Acadia so we felt it was the perfect location to get away from the hustle and bustle of town but still be close enough to go out for meals and explore. Will definitely stay here again when we return. Bryan was also an excellent communicator and made the entire process seamless.
