Spring Break 2025

We had a great trip to NSB and enjoyed our stay at the condo. The condo great, very spacious and clean, in a quiet complex. It had all the supplies we needed for a comfortable stay and trip to the beach, but the best part was the incredible view...it is amazing! Just steps away from the beach, which was very nice.Sandy is one of the best owners we have rented from! Her communication and flexibility in accommodating our unique last minute request, was extremely helpful and set the tone for a wonderful experience. We will definitely be back to paradise again next year! Thank you Sandy!

Above and beyond our expectations

We just returned from our family vacation yesterday. We have visited NSB many times but found this trip to be the most enjoyable trip we’ve had. This condo is very clean, comfortable, and fully stocked with everything we needed. There were nice beach chairs, a cooler, boogie boards and beach toys readily available as well. The washer/dryer also came in extra handy during our trip. The ocean view was absolutely amazing and the beach was just steps away. The condo owner always responded quickly and is very kind and accommodating. We met so many friendly people staying at the resort as well. We also had the convenience of nearby restaurants and Publix. This place is a true gem and overall just a very positive experience. It truly exceeded all of our expectations and we can’t wait to come back.

Great family place

This location of this condo is perfect! It’s steps from the ocean and kept my teenagers entertained for the week between the pool, fishing on the beach, and pickle ball in the evenings. We can’t wait to return!

Perfect beachfront getaway!

We had the best week enjoying the beach and pool for Father’s Day. The townhome style property had direct ocean views from the living room and master bedroom. There was a nice balcony to enjoy as well. Two full bathrooms was a bonus with a teen daughter! The owner Sandy was very friendly and responsive to any questions etc. It’s a beautiful vacation home. Anniversary getaway

Florida never disappoints, we had a very relaxing and enjoyable trip. We were booked for 10 days but added a extra day. Check in was easy, ample parking. Pool was clean and well maintained, was a little chilly but when it gets hot from the sun, who cares!! The view from the condo was gorgeous. Very clean. Sandy was there for all of our needs. An Ocean Delite. Very clean, beautiful view. Convinent to everything.

One of the cleanest and best equipped place we have ever stayed in. Everything a family could need in the house and for the beach. The entire complex was clean and inviting. People were very friendly and welcoming. Nice pool and right on the beach.

Nice location needs updating

Overall the condo needs a better cleaning: Exhaust vents for heat & cooling were disgusting. Toaster really rough. Microwave the tray is not made for that microwave or something. Blinds in bedroom didn't work. Only one partial roll of TP in each bathroom!! Really! Handsoaps empty with no refill available. No Kleenex. Patio furniture in rough shape. No laundry detergent to start loads when leaving. Been in property management for 20 years and it's the little things that make a stay a lot better.

Awesome week

We had the best time ever. My family and I rented 3 condos from Sandy. We spent Christmas and New Year's on the beach. The best was from my condo rolling over to watch the sunrise and waves crashing from my bed. Sandy was quick to resolve a few things that popped up, made recommendations of places to go. She is the best. The condos had everything we needed plus sand toys, boogie boards and chairs. We are checking our calendars to book again next year. New Smyrna beach is the best!
