Tired house needs improvements

The house was pretty clean and there were enough towels. The kitchen is lacking adequate silverware, pans (like a cookie sheet) and utensils. We had 7 staying and the dining room table only sat 6. We had to use a chair from the deck. No provision for a baby high chair (in fairness we didn’t ask for one either). Air conditioning was uneven and insufficient. Most Beds were very uncomfortable. This house is not a 10, more like a 6. Just be prepared this is an older house.

Perfect for our girls getaway

House was clean. Had adequate amount of towels and wash clothes available for use. Quick and great communication. Quiet neighborhood. Would stay again.

Our stay was perfect!

The location of the house was in a quiet neighborhood and the property was well maintained. There were more than enough room and bathrooms to meet the needs of our family/friends. The house was clean and ready once we arrived. Our only concern was the grill outback, it is time for it to be retired and replaced (LOL). We would definitely recommend staying at this residence.

Decatur Stay

Overall, the property is attractive (exterior) and is very spacious and accommodating for my family of 10. The neighborhood is well maintained and quite. My main concern was with the upstairs deck and its stability so don't lean on the wooden rail. There is a two car garage, but we didn't have use for this space because we were on the go. This property is at the heart to many surrounding areas so it was perfect for our mini vacation.

Spacious and Cozy!

The home was very nice and spacious. Having the lower level was a real plus with the two other living spaces. The beds were comfortable and the bathrooms were nice. Very quiet neighborhood and close to major stores, shops and the main highways.
