2 year old home situated on a quiet cul de sac, comes complete with playground for the kids (swing/slide,trampoline and sandpit) 2 lounges with smart tv's ideal for leaving the kids to watch a movie while the adults enjoy a wine! Unlimited wifi. (The te anau basin does have internet troubles from time to time especially in adverse weather conditions, but this usually isn't much of an issue) The property also boasts a fully fenced and secure back yard with a large patio and bbq. 2 commercial sized heat pumps 1 in the lounge and 1 in the hallway, keep you warm and cosy. The 4 bedrooms all contain queen beds with 1 room also containing single bunks. Linen and towels are included in your stay but will be placed on the beds for you to make up. Large spacious kitchen with everything you need including basic pantry staples and pod coffee maker. 8 seater dining table great for the whole family. Also a Large French door fridge with filtered water and ice.
Main Bathroom has a shower and bath with separate toilet. Master ensuite has a shower and toilet.
Easy 10min stroll to shops and 15min to the lake
Portacots and highchairs included.

Books and board games included
Laundry available includes washing machine and dryer and outdoor clothesline

Nice modern house with plenty of room for family and friends in a quiet, peaceful part of town within easy walking distance of all the amenities. Would love to come back and stay again sometime.

Everything was lovely at this stay. Plenty of room and the comforts of home. The negative thing we found was having to make our beds, we had travelled far, like from Australia and tge last thing we felt like doing, or finding the energy was to make beds. Iv not come across this before so we were all surprised. We were travelling for 10 days and thats the first for bed making. Would be lovly to arrive and thats all done for the guests . Tganks

This made a wonderful place to stay for all there is to see in the area. The location is a quiet neighborhood that’s an easy walk to town for dinner and supplies. The house is modern and clean. It was just the two of us, but it could easily fit a large family or a couple groups.

Perfect Family Getaway with Comfort and Convenience
We had a fantastic experience at this property! The house was a perfect size and layout for our family, with a separate lounge that provided great space for everyone to relax. The kitchen was well-equipped, making meals a breeze. We loved the comfy living area—it was warm and cozy, especially with the two heat pumps keeping us comfortable over the cool weekend. The location was also very handy, just a short distance from town. Overall, we highly recommend this place for families looking for a welcoming and convenient stay!

Well set up house and perfect for kids with the outside area and separate lounge having lots of toys and books to keep them occupied and happy. House is in a nice quiet location yet is still close to supermarket and other amenities. A very comfortable and warm place to stay.

An excellent property, with a fantastic set up for young children with lots toys in a separate lounge and playing area outside, which meant we could all relax and enjoy our time away! Brilliant location in a quiet cul de sac with friendly neighbours and a very short bike/scooter to town! Chantelle was great to deal with, and made the whole process super easy! Thank you 😊

Perfect home base with lots of space
After spending long days out and about it was wonderful to come back to town and relax “at home.” The kitchen was well stocked with everything we needed and more. We were only 2, so we didn’t use much of the house, but it would have been a great place for a couple families to share. A lovely comfortable space!
