Studios C and D with a swimming pool, in Alissafy Winery close to the Sea

2 Separate Studios C and D (18 sq.m. and 21 sq.m.) with ensuite bathrooms (with shower). Fully equipped kitchen to be shared (22 sq.m.) in studio D, and a sitting place under the pergola. It is a small complex of traditional stone houses with a swimming pool. Only 800 meters from the the best beach of Paros called Kolimbithres.

We welcome you in the Adam's Estate in Kamares of Naousa with a bottle of the organic wine that is produced in our vineyard. You can also taste our virgin olive oil from the olive trees of the Estate.

The old traditional house-studios of the estate were fully renovated before some years by the owner who is an architect. The largest studio is 26 sq.m. and has a double bed and a bathroom. The smaller studio is 18 sq.m. and has also a double bed and a bathroom. Each one has a private entrance and there is a common kitchen in a separate unit with a dinning area inside and also a terrace outside of the kitchen with a sitting area for the use of the guests of the Studios.

Due to the sustainable construction of the buildings and bioclimatic considerations, there is no need of airconditioning. It is suitable for up to 4 persons.

The famous beach of Paros, Kolimbithres, is only 15 minutes walking distance from the Estate through a path of the vineyard and 4 minutes by car. The picturesque village of Naousa is 6 minutes driving distance from the house.

It is 10 minutes by car from the port and 25 minutes by airport. We can arrange for you a transfer from the port or the airport to the Estate.
The closest bus station is called Kamares and it is 10 minutes walking distance from the Estate.

Guests will have access to the washing machine that is for common use. Also there is a private parking area in the Estate for the guests.
