The two-level home opens onto a spacious living area with double-height ceilings, an electric fireplace with an impressive stone mantel and plush sofas facing a large-screen TV with streaming capabilities. The living room flows into a 6-seat dining area, complemented by two stools at the kitchen breakfast bar to comfortably seat up to eight guests. The newly upgraded kitchen features gourmet countertops, a slate floor and a charming window-paneled pantry.

An elegant staircase with a hardwood rail and cast-iron accents leads to a spacious loft with twin bunk beds and an en-suite bath, providing an ideal “kids’ room.” The primary bedroom, located on the main level, features a California king bed, vaulted ceilings and a newly remodeled en-suite bath with a luxurious soaker tub. The second bedroom, also located on the ground floor, features two twin beds, hardwood accent furniture, and a shared bath. Both bedrooms have large picture windows overlooking the towering pines outside.
