About this property

12 Douglas Road, Cowes - great location

Situated on a large block within very easy walking distance to the main street with all its shops, cafes and restaurants and Cowes beach. Also conveniently located a short drive to the Race Track.

Drive down the driveway and before even entering the house you will find a table tennis table and seating on the front deck.

Polished floorboards throughout make it a comfortable and easy home to live in. The front living room adjoins the kitchen which has electric cooking and microwave and there are two fridges (the older one is best used for drinks), there is a TV with comfortable sofas.

The large rear living area opens on to the back deck through double French doors. The back living room has TV and DVD, cosy wood heater and split system. The expansive back deck is perfect for sitting and relaxing or using as an extra room for eating and entertaining. There is a gas bbq and plenty of outdoor seating. Enjoy the big back garden with swing set, sun lounges and a basic volleyball net.

4 bedrooms each containing a split system, plus a family bathroom and combined bathroom/laundry.

Pets are welcome - Strictly outside only, (conditions apply) the property is not fully fenced.

Delightful holiday house

Everything was pretty much perfect in this well located home in Cowes. The owners had thought about all the things holidaymakers need and the house was very well equipped. Lots of cosy spots to sit made it easy to fine one’s own space to get away from others if needed. The huge deck and ENORMOUS backyard were well used by both people and pups. The only downside was the lack of towel rails in the bathrooms.

Everything you need.

House includes everything you need for a comfortable stay. Very spacious and great outdoor area. Location to main street is brilliant. Only 1 block to Coles. Highly recommended and thank you.
