A light and bright property with a holiday feel inviting you to return again and again

A unique and thoughtfully designed holiday home with timber ceilings throughout. Relax in the comfy lounge room whilst watching a movie or enjoy a book as the sun streams through the large windows. Open up the doors and you will walk out onto an expansive, covered deck with ample furniture to dine, have some drinks or just watch the kids play in the fenced yard.

The kitchen is fully equipped, including dishwasher and microwave and electric cooking. It has everything needed to cook a meal for the family with ample seating to accommodate everyone.

The main bedroom boasts a king size bed! Two bedrooms have queen beds and one has a double bed. The main bathroom has a separate bath to relax in.

There is split system heating and cooling to accommodate all weather conditions and a separate laundry with washing machine completes all your holiday needs.

This property is not pet friendly.

*Please note that linen is not included when booking this property*
Guests are required to bring their own sheets, pillowcases, towels, bathmats and tea towels.
Alternatively, you can hire linen directly through LinenOnLoan for this property.

You will need to complete an online check-in form (Guests are required to provide a photo identification and credit card) closer to your arrival date. If you are not comfortable with this requirement, please refrain from making a booking.

Was a great experience

We stayed 12 days and loved it, was a short walk to the beach, with plenty of room for the kids and dog to run around. Having a dish washer proved very useful.

FAMILY FRIENDLY & GREAT ENTERTAINMENT AREA

Our family absolutely loved this property and would definitely stay there again! Indoors was clean, nicely decorated and plenty of room for everyone, and the beds were super comfy. Great selection of DVDs and board games for the family to take advantage of, and our fur baby Clyde loved running around in the large yard. Huge outdoor, undercover area which we look forward to enjoying during the warmer weather. Village and beach are within very easy walking distance. Highly recommend to anyone staying in Cowes, we wouldn't stay anywhere else now! ! !

Great property!

We stayed there for week and had a great time. The house is large and well equipped. It's about 5min to the beach and 10/15min to the shops (on foot). The outside area is very nice, with big garden and large terrace. It was very hot when we stayed there and it was nice to have the aircon, but there's only one (large) unit in the living room and it doesn't really cool down the bedrooms.
