About this property

Located in family-friendly Surfside Beach community, this third floor walk-up condo includes covered parking, a large pool and access to beach just a few steps across the street. Enjoy leisurely mornings on the large patio drinking coffee while watching the sun rise or nighttime cocktails listening to crashing waves. We may not be technically "beachfront" (as in right on the beach) however we are fortunate to be across the street (termed 2nd row) and have views of the ocean out to the horizon just steps to entrance to the beach. Master bedroom has a very comfortable foam queen bed with private access to the patio. 2nd bedroom features a full size lower bunk with twin on top. The condo is perfect for a romantic getaway or family of four.
Fully equipped kitchen includes 2 coffee makers (Keurig pod and drip). Tub/shower combo bathroom was updated with vanity and chair-height toilet . Condo boasts an open-plan dining and living area with access to the patio. Freshly painted walls (in 2022), luxury vinyl flooring and a 43" HD flat screen Roku TV in living room. NEW 32" ROKU TV added to master bedroom and 2nd bedroom . The condo has an inviting and tranquil feel. Free internet and cable is included. Guests are advised to bring their personal sign-in codes for special streaming channels. Linens and towels are provided for each registered guest. A stacked washer/dryer as well as an iron and ironing board are discreetly stored in a closet for your use if needed. Laundry soap and softener provided.
Condo is situated between two piers... less than a mile, either way, North to the Surfside Pier (under reconstruction/expected to open late Summer or Fall 2023) and South to the Garden City Pier. The Grand Strand offers a variety of restaurants for quick grab-and-go or leisurely dining and of course entertainment in abundance. We know you have plenty of vacation rental choices here at the beach so we thank you for your interest in ours. The reviews from our guests speak for themselves.

We loved this place and loved the area it was located. The property manager was the best. She was very very helpfully when ever we needed her. If just myself and husband would stay again again for sure. Next time if whole family comes we would just need a bigger place the only reason why.

We absolutely loved this condo, and the property manager stay in constant contact with us. The condo has everything we needed, and the view from the balcony was perfect. Our trip was cut short unfortunately due to pending storm and flooding, and Norma refunded us for the unused days.

Beach vacation

We had a great stay at Surfside! The host was amazing! She was easy to get in contact with and so kind! The pool was very clean. We had it to ourselves most of the time. The room was clean and the condo building itself was quiet! Beach access was literally straight across the road which made travling with little ones and seniors easy!! You won’t regret your stay!

Perfect Getaway

Condo was perfect, clean and equipped with everything you could possibly need…from beach stuff to things needed to cook..This was one of our favorite places we have stayed over the years between Myrtle down to garden city beach… location was super quiet because it was just far enough away from all the madness in Myrtle during bike week… we already booked to stay here again before leaving… host was awesome very quick responses and helpful…and made us feel at home

Already miss hearing ocean waves at VRBO with ocean view

My spouse and I really enjoyed the beautiful location of this VRBO rental. Norma was very responsive to our needs and even allowed an early check-in. The condo unit was a really cute beach place with very easy access to the beach. My spouse slept in the bedroom right next to the patio door and I decided not to sleep in the second bedroom, instead opting to sleep on the comfortable couch so that I could feel the coolness of the ocean breeze at night. We both slept quite peacefully. The only issue was that Surfside Beach apparently has no late night noise ordinance (or no enforcement if there is) during Bike Week, which is when we were there. My spouse heard some motorcyclists up to midnight, but otherwise both of us could hear the ocean waves. We would definitely stay here again, but just not during either of the two Bike Weeks that the Myrtle Beach area provides to motorcyclists. Thanks so much to Norma again for a pleasant stay. Great beach neighborhood

1st time staying in Surfside for us. We'll be back. Loved this area. Loved this clean, condo, that had absolutely everything needed. Our 4 night stay couldn't of been better. Keep in mind, you'll need a car here, as well as you will need to use stairs to get to the 3rd floor condo. It helped my 64 yr old body get in better shape!! Worth it.

Well decorated!

The condo was very comforting with lots of amenities. Great location. However, the balcony and its furniture could use a good cleaning along with the sliding glass doors and their threshholds.

House hunting

Perfect location for our needs. Norma was very communicative and after an all day flight she was thoughtful in leaving a little box of apple turnovers. Very welcome surprise. I would like to warn any other old folks with bad knees, it is four flights of stairs up. The view is worth it but my knees aren’t happy with me. All in all, a great place to stay and I would stay again

We really enjoyed our stay at this property. Norma is a fantastic host that checks in to make sure that your stay is as enjoyable as possible. One of the nicest people I have ever worked with. Great Place!

We had a wonderful stay in this cozy condo, literally across the street from an ocean access. Parking is under the house so our car was in the shade all day. The pool was clean and felt great. Neighborhood was quiet and it's a total family vibe; very safe. Condo was clean and had all that we needed. Norma was quick to respond and super helpful. We had a great stay. One thing to note is the building is on stilts so the 3rd floor walk-up is actually the 4th floor, but we managed it fine. Highly recommend staying here. Great price for what you get.

Owner of the condo Joe Cicero and I have been friends since high school. Both of us are from New York (he from Queens and me from Brooklyn). Joe has been living in Santa Barbara, CA for many years and owns multiple properties there and in NY. I moved to the beach in 2017; Joe purchased this condo in Jan 2019. Since I now live in Surfside I happily agreed to oversee the renovations and rentals. Joe and I share a common goal and that is to ensure our renters have a lovely experience when staying at the beach. We achieved priority status because of the 5 star reviews received. The proximity to the beach and the spectacular view of the ocean to the horizon was definitely what attracted Joe to purchase the condo.

What makes this property unique

Beach access is right across from the building (literally steps away). It has a large pool (opens Easter weekend to the end of September). Only 9 units of which only 4 normally have rentals during the season which makes for a very quiet and peaceful environment to relax.
