This unit has been recently renovated. In addition to the comforts of the unit itself, our beachfront complex is conveniently located in the heart of Orange Beach. With this unit providing private beach access, 4 pools & State Park nature trails directly across the street. Many of our guest rest hard inside and play hard outside. This unit offers a truly unique opportunity to enjoy the best of both worlds the Orange Beach area has to offer.

Entire space is included in this rental including 4 pools (all outdoors), a rooftop tennis court, and during the spring and summer a poolside snack bar. Please, make yourself at home.

Upon arrival, parking passes may be purchased for $35/car. This allows for up to 1 car per unit to access our on-site covered parking.

Disappointing Experience – Lack of Communication & Cleanliness

Our stay started off on a terrible note. When we arrived, the property had not been cleaned from the previous guests—dirty linens, hair in the tub and on countertops, crumbs on the floor and couch, and no trash bags provided. We spent two hours on the phone with Vrbo trying to contact the owner, but received no response. The listed phone number went straight to voicemail with a full inbox, making it impossible to leave a message.Eventually, the owner sent a cleaning crew at 6 PM, but by that time, we had already done our best to clean with what little we had. We accepted fresh linens but declined their cleaning service since our belongings were already unpacked. The owner never reached out to address or attempt to resolve the issue.While the condo itself was as expected, the complete lack of communication from the owner (0/10) and the minimal help from the property manager made for a frustrating experience. If you expect a responsive and responsible host, I would not recommend booking with Stephen.

Location for the beach was perfect and choice of three adult pools which were all great. Recommend for anyone to stay here, plenty to do in the local area too.

Enjoyed our stay

This has become an annual get together with daughter-in-law to ride bikes and walk endless hour. So much fun and the accommodations were perfect for the two of us and within walking/riding distance to the park.

A great spring break!!

This was exactly how it was presented on VRBO. Super easy to access and the room was super cute and a great amount of space for me and my two friends. I saw a lot of comments about the beds but they were perfect for my friends and I. I definitely recommend this place for someone else just be aware of the amount of people you have. Beach access was amazing as well!! Also the door was super easy to work too not sure why there was not so good comments about that either.

Needs new mattresses

My parents barely got any rest due to the fact that the mattresses were so overly used. It was like sleeping on a board. They didn’t finish their stay and left after one night. I’ve emailed the owner twice and no reply about the complaint. Also, idk if it’s the time of the year or what, but the beach stunk and the water was a grey color. Had they not lived 7.5 hours away, they’d driven home after the concert they were there to see.

Stephen was a great host! He sent recommendations days in advance, gave clear check in and check out instructions. The condo was very clean and had great accommodations. The 4 different pools and private beach access was AWESOME! I will definitely be staying again!

Cozy condo for a friends beach getaway

This condo has served us well the last two years for our annual girls beach trip. The property managers are pleasant to work with. Renting is simple and smooth.

Balcony door needs some grease, could barely open it from the inside or outside. Almost too many Knick knacks sitting around, the place is pretty small (even smaller if you use the pull out couch). The bottom mattress of the bunk bed is sufficient, but the “mattress” on the pull out couch leaves much to be desired. There are 3 full size pools and 1 kiddie pool, all are in decent shape but could use some maintenance. The washer and dryer in the unit were great, however make sure you bring extra paper towels, kitchen trash bags and toilet paper. Visitors are not allowed to park within the walls of the parking structure and parking is $30 for a permit (only for condo residents).

Air conditioning issue.

The air conditioner was not able to cool the unit properly. It required a box fan in front of the air conditioner, in addition to a dehumidifier and ceiling fans running full speed. The weather was extremely hot in the mid 90's, which made it harder for the unit to cool as it should.

Wonderful Stay

The condo was in a great location and was exactly as advertised. A nice short walk down the private boardwalk and we were on the beach. Host shared restaurant recommendations (Cobalt was our favorite!) and was very responsive. We would be happy to stay here again.

Why they chose this property

This property is an older complex but has withstood several tropical storms and hurricanes. It is very sturdy. Despite the age of the property the units have been updated and provide a great modern beach flair. The beach side pools are absolutely gorgeous. Not to mention the private beach access that allows you to get from your unit to your toes in the sand in a matter of a few min. We know that once you arrive you will see the hidden treasures this complex has to offer.

Female sea turtles begin to come ashore at night along the Orange Beach area beaches down through Pensacola in May to lay their eggs. The incubation period lasts about two months, and nests begin hatching in July and continue through late October.
