2 double bedrooms, fully self contained kitchen and laundry. No dryer washing must be put on clothesline.
Full bathroom with separate shower and a beautiful deep bath. The open plan lounge and dining will make your next holiday full of relaxation and comfort.
Located 5 mins from the airport, we can assist you with transfers if required.
Directly opposite Burnside park where you’ll find a lovely childrens playground.
Walking distance to bus routes, supermarket, restaurant and bar, tennis courts, Burnside bowling club, Antartic Centre bus line and many more

An absolutely outstanding property
This property, is without doubt, the best we have ever had the pleasure of staying at. Every single aspect or evaluation point has been truly outstanding from location, cleanliness, comfort, warmth, inventory... We simply cannot fault ANYTHING. If you are wanting a great place to stay then this is it. Close to the airport, and city. This is far better than any hotel.... Sharon is a wonderful host, and happy to help if and when needed.

We booked the Eclectic cottage as we needed a base for visiting our family that was close to them but as we were staying for a while we needed somewhere which provided all the comforts of home & this certainly did. Wonderful Stay
Sharon is the consummate host. She greeted us with open arms when we arrived and made us feel very welcome. The accommodation was excellent - had everything that we needed. The only one problem is that we could only stay one night as we were returning home the next day. We will definitely stay there again when we return to Christchurch for a visit

Sharon welcomes you with genuine hospitality! Everything in her unit is well organized, immaculately clean and comfortable. Many thoughtful touches such as simple kitchen staples, breakfast items, and local restaurant menus. There is a well-outfitted kitchen with dishes/pots/pans, couches/chairs/nice dining table, and an outdoor patio with table and chairs. The beds/bedding/towels are comfortable and fresh. The location is across the street from a park for a walk on the walking path or to play on the playground. We were there in the summer and enjoyed Sharon's beautiful garden and potted plants on the porch. It is a short walk to a Christchurch metro bus stop going downtown and in a nice neighborhood. I would highly recommend!
